# SCAR Advantage > We find the decision costing an organisation the most money and get it made and acted on in 30 days. SCAR Advantage is a decision intervention practice led by David Maclean and Mike Jansen, based in Cape Town, South Africa, with engagements globally. Start with a recurring sign-off, work waiting for a meeting, or an agreed action that needs chasing. The practice establishes whether the waiting is necessary and what it costs, then works on one live, owned decision over 30 days. It measures decision speed, execution speed, escalation and financial impact verified by finance at Day 90. Repetition alone is not evidence of a problem; if there is no worthwhile change to make, the practice says so before commitment. ## Pages - [Home](https://scaradvantage.com/): What SCAR Advantage does - [The 30-Day Decisive Loop](https://scaradvantage.com/30-day-intervention): What the four-week intervention delivers, and how it is measured - [Worked examples](https://scaradvantage.com/results): Case notes across mergers and acquisitions, private equity and business rescue - [Worked example](https://scaradvantage.com/dashboard-example): An anonymised 30-day impact report - [About](https://scaradvantage.com/about): David Maclean and Mike Jansen - [Contact](https://scaradvantage.com/contact): Bring one example of where decisions or work keep waiting - [Terms](https://scaradvantage.com/terms): Site terms ## Optional - [Full context for AI systems](https://scaradvantage.com/llms-full.txt)
