Only listed formats are supported. - image: image/png, image/jpeg. Static PNG, including interlaced PNG, and JPEG. Send files inline. - image: USD 0.011 per image. Minimum per file: USD 0.011. Maximum measure: 16,777,216 source pixels. - Audio: one WAV file with PCM or float samples at exactly 16,000 Hz per request. All attachments share the 2.5 MiB decoded limit. Channels and sample encoding affect how much audio fits. The outer duration bound is 300 seconds, with half a second of decoding tolerance. - audio: audio/wav. Send inline RIFF WAV with integer PCM or IEEE float samples at exactly 16,000 Hz. Mono and multichannel files are accepted; pricing counts sample frames, not channels. Other audio formats, other sample rates, unknown audio MIME types and audio upload references are unavailable. Refused audio is not processed or charged and creates no billing receipt. Send files inline. - audio: USD 0.022 per minute, counted per started second. Minimum per file: 50 seconds. Maximum measure: 300 seconds. - [Overview](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero): RightNow System Zero makes structured decisions from text: send a state and named questions, then read probabilities, confidence and typed answers. - [Quickstart](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/quickstart): Install an SDK, send a request and read the answer. - [Authentication](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/authentication): Authenticate RightNow System Zero calls from your server with a workspace API key, keep it in the calling process, and replace a lost or revoked key. - [Decisions](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/decisions): Build a RightNow System Zero decision from state and named boolean, choice or score questions, then read the returned answers, probabilities and refusals. - [Sessions](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/session-affinity): Use session_id for routing affinity and read the refusal returned by unsupported session routes. - [Idempotency](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/idempotency): Keep the same RightNow System Zero Idempotency-Key and JSON body when retrying a decision, and handle conflicts, changed requests and unavailable replays. - [Workspaces and keys](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/workspaces): Use a RightNow System Zero workspace to manage API keys, usage and the Playground, and understand how member roles control access to workspace settings. - [API reference](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/decide): Send state and named questions; read answers, headers and errors. - [Errors](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/errors): Read refusal codes and retry flags. Keep the request ID for support. - [Rate limits](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/rate-limits): Read the RightNow System Zero rate-limit headers and refusal codes, pace work to the returned limits, and understand that workspace limits still apply. - [Versions](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/versions): Choose the RightNow System Zero model alias or a pinned version, discover the currently attested model IDs, and understand the retirement notice policy. - [Models](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/models): Read serving limits, available inputs and version details. - [Inputs](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/attachments): Read RightNow System Zero inline input formats, prices and availability before preparing a request. Send files inline within the request body limits. - [Coding agent setup](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/agent-setup): Give your coding agent the integration skill and a key from the server environment. - [Playground](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/playground): Try RightNow System Zero text decisions in the workspace Playground, read structured results, and use its server-held identity without pasting an API key. - [Leaked API keys](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/leaked-api-keys): Revoke an exposed RightNow System Zero API key, create a replacement, update the apps that use it, and keep keys out of browser code, commits and logs. - [Text caching](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/caching): Understand RightNow System Zero cached text input, its price and text cache hit rate for a selected period or API key, with usage fields and data limits. - [Streaming](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/streaming): Connect from a server to send state changes and receive structured decisions over WebSocket. - [Billing and credits](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/billing-and-credits): Read the RightNow System Zero billing terms for your workspace, check the API reference before adding balance reads, and follow workspace usage limits. - [Pricing](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/pricing): See RightNow System Zero prices and billing units for supported inputs and answered questions. - [Questions](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/questions): Find answers about question types, supported inputs, retries, access, billing and data. - [Support](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/support): Contact RightNow about a RightNow System Zero API issue with the request ID, HTTP status and error code so support can investigate the call you identify. - [Release notes](https://www.rightnowai.co/docs/system-zero/release-notes): RightNow System Zero release notes cover text decisions, Playground and launch billing, with links to the guides for access and usage limits.
