# Rick Mulready

> Rick Mulready is a business and AI strategist who helps coaches, consultants, and service providers grow their businesses through strategy, systems, and AI. He has coached online businesses for 13 years, generated over $8 million online, built and sold a podcast with 13 million downloads, and runs a YouTube channel with more than 118,000 subscribers.

His method is Constraint First: find the one constraint holding a business back, pick the growth play that removes it, build AI support only if it helps, measure, and decide what's next. The business move comes first. AI comes second, and only if it's needed.

There are two ways to work with Rick:

- Unlimited: private, unlimited 1:1 coaching with Rick. Unlimited Slack access (he replies once a day, Monday through Friday), unlimited 15-minute SOS Zoom calls, a kickoff call and written plan, a weekly audit, weekly group office hours, and the full AI Builder Bootcamp training. $997 a month for 90 days. Application only.
- The AI Playbook: a do-it-yourself membership. A day-one constraint check, a classroom of Growth Plays across marketing, sales, fulfillment, retention, and operations, a monthly group challenge, a weekly live call with Rick, and the Your Zone of Genius app.

The AI Playbook gives you the method and a group. Unlimited gives you Rick.
