> Reed.ai is an AI-powered recruitment agent and the newest member of the Reed family, pairing Reed's 65 years of recruitment experience with access to over 15 million searchable candidates. It matches UK employers with the right candidates and helps candidates find their ideal jobs through simple, conversational AI. Free for candidates; employers pay a £1.99 (+VAT) subscription every 28 days plus an 8% fee payable only on a successful placement.

Reed.ai serves two audiences — employers looking to hire and candidates looking for work — and is operated by Reed, the established UK recruitment group. All employers are verified UK businesses, and the platform is fully GDPR compliant with payments handled securely via Stripe.
