# InnerSight Psychotherapy

> InnerSight Psychotherapy is a psychotherapy practice with offices in Woodbridge, Vaughan (Maple) and Barrie, Ontario, plus secure online sessions anywhere in Ontario. Its team of 24+ Registered Psychotherapists, regulated by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), works with individuals, couples, families, children and teens. Practising since 2009.

- No referral needed. Free 20-minute consultation to find the right therapist.
- Fees: individual $180 (55 min); initial adult assessment $245 (70 min); couples and family $280 (85 min); child and youth $180 (55 min). Reduced-fee sessions with supervised therapists in training: $125 individual, $175 couples and family.
- Not covered by OHIP. Most private insurance plans cover a portion. Direct billing with Sun Life, Beneva (formerly SSQ) and Green Shield.
- All therapists receive monthly clinical supervision.
- Registered Psychotherapists do not diagnose or prescribe medication; the clinic works alongside family doctors where needed.
