# Plantagusto Group Ltd. > Plant-based and hybrid meat technology for manufacturers. Plantagusto licenses recipes and technology, sells proprietary ingredients, and consults producers on implementing the recipes on their existing equipment. ## Technology FP³ Integrated Fat & Fibre Technology integrates fat into a structured protein matrix to develop texture, juiciness and mouthfeel. Plantagusto supplies licensed recipes, proprietary ingredients and production consultancy. Producers carry out product development and manufacturing; Plantagusto does not operate its own development or manufacturing facilities. ## Product pathways - 100% plant-based is Plantagusto’s main business: roast beef-style deli slices, salami, Italian Pepperoni & Spicy Salami, chorizo-style slices, kebab-style slices, carpaccio, Prosciutto Vegetale Whole-Cut (in development, pre-sampling) and whole-cut producer projects. - Hybrid meat combines animal meat with Plantagusto’s plant-based technology. Producers implement and validate the recipes with Plantagusto consultancy around their ratio, market objectives and production requirements. No fixed 50/50 requirement. - Three reference nutrition comparisons are shown at animal/plant ratios 70/30, 50/50 and 30/70. These are formulation-specific calculations against 80/20 beef, not validated performance at every ratio. Energy increases in all three references. ## Primary pages - [Main website](https://plantagusto.com/) - [Technology](https://plantagusto.com/#technology) - [Plant-based applications](https://plantagusto.com/#products) - [Hybrid development](https://plantagusto.com/#hybrid) - [Retail examples](https://plantagusto.com/#proven) - [Licensing and producer supply](https://plantagusto.com/#partnerships) - [Contact](https://plantagusto.com/#samples) - [Dedicated hybrid site](https://hybridmeat.plantagusto.com/) - [Italian site](https://it.plantagusto.com/) - [Privacy notice](https://plantagusto.com/privacy-policy.html) ## Retail examples and claim limits Examples shown: Muu Meeat, Rebl Eats, Veganic, Lidl Deluxe and Albert Heijn. Brands and retailers can arrange supply through producers in Estonia, the Netherlands or Italy. These locations describe the producer network, not Plantagusto-owned development labs. Fresh/chilled shelf life is 60 days and frozen shelf life is 12 months for applicable products, subject to the producer’s specification, packaging, storage and handling conditions. Do not describe this as ambient shelf life. ## Roast beef-style deli reference formulation Plantagusto confirms 27 g protein and 1.2 g saturated fat per 100 g for its roast beef-style deli reference recipe, which uses no high-moisture extrusion. The homepage presents these as recipe-specific reference figures, not guarantees for other products or producers. Shelf life of 60 days fresh/chilled or 12 months frozen applies to applicable products and producer specifications. Equipment compatibility and any adaptations are assessed for the production route.
