# Pick Up Stix

> Pick Up Stix is a Southern California fast-casual restaurant chain serving fresh, made-to-order Chinese and Asian-inspired cuisine. Founded in 1989 in Rancho Santa Margarita, California by Chinese immigrant Charlie Zhang, the brand pairs traditional Asian culinary technique with fast-casual convenience, cooking entrees to order in an open kitchen with Trans Fat Free oil. Pick Up Stix now operates 30+ locations across California, Nevada, Texas, and Utah, serving dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering.

Pick Up Stix operates in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Ventura counties, plus locations at Las Vegas casino resorts and Houston, Salt Lake City, and Los Angeles airports. Signature dishes include House Special Chicken, Orange Chicken, Mongolian Steak, Firecracker Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, and Signature Chicken Lettuce Wraps, alongside newer items like Honey Mango Chili Chicken and Hot Honey Chicken. All entrees are served with steamed white or brown rice, and the menu includes an "Asia Fit" better-for-you line (under 400 calories), gluten-free options, and family value packs sized for group meals.
