# Palmidos (פלמידוס)

> Israeli software and AI development company (Ramat Gan, founded 2023). Builds custom software and AI systems for established businesses so their teams stop doing repetitive work by hand. Fixed price agreed upfront, from scoping to a live system, with ongoing maintenance.

Palmidos builds custom software and AI systems for established businesses - law firms, logistics and distribution companies, accounting firms, manufacturers and insurance advisors. Typical projects: internal portals, operations and inventory systems, search over a company's own documents, and AI agents that plug into the systems the business already uses (ERP, CRM, case management, accounting). Clients are business owners and managers, most of them non-technical; we explain in business terms (hours saved, errors avoided, cost) and agree a fixed price before work starts.
