> Overview.ai (also known as Overview) makes AI smart cameras and no-code inspection software for manufacturing quality teams. Customers use its systems to detect defects, classify parts and verify assemblies on the factory floor. Overview is based in San Francisco, was founded in 2019 and joined Y Combinator's Winter 2019 batch.

## Software and connectivity

- Production inspection runs on-device. Cloud connectivity is optional; OV Spark's Defect Studio generates synthetic training images in the cloud.
- Camera setup, supported tools, compute hardware, storage and industrial communication options differ by model. Use the relevant product documentation when selecting equipment.
- OV10i and OV20i enclosures are rated IP54. They are not specified for washdown use without additional protection.
- Image storage capacity depends on resolution, file size and available storage. Inspection speed, accuracy and setup time depend on the application, imaging conditions and selected tools.
- No-code configuration supports routine inspection setup. Custom integrations may require additional engineering.
