# Connect your AI tool to Outcomet

Connect a compatible AI tool to read recent customer feedback and look up problems and initiatives in your Outcomet workspace. Ask for available customer wording and source references; missing evidence should remain explicit. Feedback reads support a recent sample; problem and initiative searches support topic queries. The MCP connection can also create feedback and, with contact write access, create or update contacts and companies. Available actions depend on your role and approved access. People review evidence and make product decisions.
