# OptiMiser

> OptiMiser, LLC makes building-energy software for auditors, contractors, weatherization crews, and utility programs. Zeus models homes and matches the model to utility bills. Nexus tracks projects for contractors and program staff. Focus tracks utility accounts, cost, and emissions across many buildings. The DIY Customer Audit is a homeowner questionnaire, with the program’s name on it, that starts a project for a full audit. Multifamily and commercial modeling are coming to Zeus.

Auditing and modeling work offline and sync when a connection is available. OptiMiser calibrates to historical utility bills, including BPI-2400, and can exchange HPXML with program systems.
