# Nuvepro: Work Transformation Custom AI development (/services/custom-ai-development), listed under Solutions and not featured on the homepage: scoping, building, testing and handing over agents, agentic workflows and software factories around a customer's systems, data and rules. Mid-sized businesses can work with Nuvepro directly, on a limited number of engagements at a time. With a larger enterprise, Nuvepro works alongside its IT partner: the partner delivers, Nuvepro prepares the partner's team and provides the environment where the work is tested, and the enterprise's named owner accepts the result. Acceptance (baseline, review effort, running cost, operating owner) is agreed first; rollout and support are agreed separately. The examples are illustrative scopes, not completed customer implementations. Nuvepro is not a consulting firm: it scopes, builds, tests and hands over AI workflows and prepares teams to run them, does not run a customer's production systems unless that is agreed in writing, and works alongside consulting and IT partners. Public website: https://nuvepro.com Product and customer environments: https://nuvepro.ai Updated: 2026-10-21 ## What Nuvepro does Work Transformation remains Nuvepro’s story: transform the work people and AI agents do by starting with actual enterprise requirements. The homepage H1 says “Learn to build agents, agentic workflows and software factories.” Its H2 is “Through simulations of your enterprise’s real work.” Recognizable work includes invoice generation, lead enrichment and outreach, website-testing agents, authorized security testing, model development, model fine-tuning, agentic workflows or factories and FDE delivery. These are examples for bespoke scoping, not a fixed catalogue or a claim every proposed programme is shipping. Start with the work the enterprise wants to improve, the change sought, the responsible team and reviewable output. Define what people and agents build, do, review and own. Nuvepro shapes simulations and business environments around the relevant enterprise systems, data, rules, decisions, permissions, exceptions and handoffs. Simulations and evaluations make the work reviewable within that context. Building, learning and practice serve work transformation; the company is not positioned as a generic course provider or an environment catalogue. The shared Real enterprise work examples show two illustrative projects in depth: an invoice workflow with checked drafts, exception handling and approval before issue; and a website-testing agent with executable checks, known defects, reproducible failures and false-positive review. Each shows what changes, the enterprise-specific inputs, team-produced artifact and checks. Further examples lead to scoped workflow/role discussions; none is a measured customer outcome. In a team project, the enterprise’s people build or configure the agreed solution with Nuvepro’s scoped project, environment and preparation. Enterprises and labs with existing agents can enter directly for bespoke environment/evaluation work without a team-training prerequisite. Integration, rights, production implementation, operations and continuing support are agreed in scope. Performance in represented conditions does not guarantee deployment readiness or operating impact. Existing customer tools can be reused where suitable. Task Intelligence is the analytical framework beneath the work-transformation story, not a competing company identity. ## The new workforce: people and agents /new-workforce defines the new workforce as people and AI agents, leads with actual enterprise work and shows what teams build and check. It explains why individual capability does not establish combined workflow performance. Business Environments are the settings in which they perform connected work. Simulations and evaluations run within those environments. Simulations can rehearse normal cases, conflicting evidence, rejected outputs, missing permissions, escalation and recovery. Human skill assessment, agent behaviour evaluation, and shared-workflow operating acceptance are distinct. Skill Validation Assessments supply evidence for agreed human responsibilities. Any agent evaluation, onboarding or continuing support is separately scoped. The accountable customer owner accepts the operating workflow. A generated proposal or assessment prompt is not a credential or proof of readiness. Prominent examples include invoice generation, website-testing agents, Forward Deployed Engineer role preparation, campaign brief to reviewed creative, and investigation evidence to human-reviewed report findings. These illustrative scenarios explain contributions and handoffs; they are not customer results or endorsements. FDE preparation includes technical practice and stakeholder discovery, integration, debugging and delivery decisions. ## Business environments for people and agents A business environment is a running copy of one workflow, with its people, systems and data. An engineer works on one station at a time (a person's step, a system or a data hand-off), makes a change and watches how the whole flow moves; current and redesigned flows can be simulated on the same cases and checked independently. /agents/business-environments, /agents/simulations and /agents/evals each show one worked example, retail supplier onboarding with invented data (stations, simulated days per stage, and a check list with one failed check); these are illustrative, not recorded or customer results. /agents/business-environments shows two examples: a retail or CPG business landscape a learning leader at a large IT services company asked for (a request, not a delivered product) and an illustrative design for Nuvepro's own month-end invoicing (usage data compared with the statement of work and pricing, test and internal usage removed, a draft for customer approval, then a final invoice). /agents presents Business Environments: bounded, executable representations of enterprise work, with connected use cases, simulations and evaluations within the environment. Codify the work first: systems, data, business rules, roles, permissions, dependencies and human-agent handoffs. Enterprise fidelity and correctness are separate acceptance questions. Domain experts review whether the agreed work is represented faithfully; independent checks assess observed execution. A realistic-looking demonstration alone establishes neither. The shared New Workforce dropdown links to People and agents (/new-workforce), Business Environments (/agents), Environment design (/agents/business-environments), Run simulations (/agents/simulations) and Evaluate the work (/agents/evals). The new workforce is the shared people-and-agents concept; Business Environments are where they work, with simulations and evaluations within them. The prior /agents/sandboxes route redirects to /agents/business-environments while preserving public journey context. The homepage, workforce explainer, workflow redesign and platform pages connect to this offer. Simulations and evals are activities within a business environment, not three peer infrastructure products. The illustrative example connects supplier onboarding with catalog selection using shared supplier and product records. Incorrect onboarding state can affect the downstream selection. These are proposed use cases, not recorded customer results or claims that Nuvepro reproduces an entire enterprise. Scope a bounded environment and incorporate existing approved customer tools where suitable. Nuvepro already integrates with the CloudLabs API for lab provisioning and delivery. Sandboxes remain execution infrastructure within an environment. A selected runtime's connection, access controls, output retrieval, reset, replay and recovery behavior must be confirmed and demonstrated for the selected configuration. CloudLabs integration does not by itself establish an end-to-end business environment. The separate OpenAI Agents API executor integration is planned work; no OpenAI sandbox-partner status is claimed. Business-environment and workflow factories describe the intended reusable creation and maintenance approach, not a claim of a complete shipped factory system. Simulations exercise representative use cases within the environment, including normal work, incomplete inputs, exceptions and human handoffs. Define initial shared state, permitted actions, participants and observation mechanisms. Agent-specific connections and scenarios are configured or developed within agreed scope. Scenario design alone does not establish agent performance. Evals check the actual outputs, actions, business state changes and handoffs against independently reviewed criteria. Record environment, case, agent and model versions; retain failed runs and reviewer limitations. Check evaluator validity separately from agent performance. Human Skill Validation Assessments, agent performance evaluation and operating workflow acceptance remain distinct. Results apply to tested conditions; they do not provide automatic certification, universal compatibility or production approval. Projected workflow improvements are not measured results. Business Environments are bespoke enterprise engagements around customer-specific workflow requirements, not an off-the-shelf environment or benchmark catalogue. The entry question is: Are your AI agents ready to do the work you are giving them? We scope a practice version of the workflow, reflecting agreed systems and rules, try realistic situations, and independently check work and human handoffs. Agree data rights, fidelity review, case coverage, verifier validity, infrastructure, scale and ongoing maintenance before delivery. No general research benchmark or model-training platform is implied. Source-specific editable inquiries preserve Business Environments, simulation or evaluation context and supplied public workflow context. Legacy agent-sandboxes inquiry links remain supported. Visiting a page does not provision an environment or trigger execution. ## Agents, agentic workflows and software factories explained /agents/agents-workflows-and-factories explains the headline in plain language. An AI agent carries out a task using a model, instructions and permitted tools. An agentic workflow connects agent actions, ordinary software and human decisions across work; it need not use multiple agents. A software factory here is a repeatable software-delivery process with specified inputs, build stages, independent checks and an authorized release decision. The term has other uses. A business workflow performs operational work; software implementing it can be a factory output. The explainer leads with website testing and repeatable software delivery, followed by an invoice example. It links to FDE, fine-tuning, model development and authorized security-testing paths. Examples show inputs, outputs, exceptions and human decisions. Business environments provide the work context, simulations exercise cases, and evaluations examine the actual results. Examples are designs, not reported customer deployments. The explainer links to substantive invoice, testing-agent, agentic-workflow and software-factory guides and carries public role/tool/workflow context into the unsent inquiry. It is reachable through the linked homepage headline terms, New Workforce menu, footer, answers hub and Business Environments. The commercial page now opens with what a bespoke enterprise project could produce and each party's contribution. Its testing-agent and invoice examples are illustrative, not fixed packages. Existing-agent evaluation can be scoped without team preparation. Business Environments explicitly starts with approved AI tools the enterprise already uses, with tool connections, licences and development confirmed per project. Environment design includes choosing suitable synthetic examples, masked records or approved test data and checking material differences. These statements do not claim universal integrations, data protection certifications or automatic operating acceptance. ## Workflow redesign and preparation The public /reimagine/workflow page explains outcome-led workflow redesign, simulations and separate readiness evidence. Visitors can browse workflow data, explore Project Readiness, or discuss a selected workflow. Existing approved tools can be the practice environment; a new sandbox is not mandatory for every workflow. The public site combines browsable Data with explicitly started previews for one role or workflow. Preview outputs are AI proposals for owner review, not readiness or outcome claims. Public preparation-plan generation, certification interactions and private saved-redesign loading are disabled. Detailed preparation planning and saved organizational work belong in authenticated tenant experiences; their implementation and validation are a separate product workstream. Role, workflow and product selections carry into Project Readiness and editable contact inquiries. Private workflow descriptions remain outside URL context. Public previews do not load private saved redesigns or run a preparation generator. Public role and workflow previews do not save organizational work or audit history. Bootcamp handoffs can retain a sanitized opaque redesign reference; this does not load a private saved brief. ## Project Readiness /project-readiness connects new or changed role responsibilities to hands-on projects, simulations, labs, bundles and assessment. Technical projects include software and testing agents, cloud, data, models, fine-tuning and FDE delivery. Functional projects include configuring or building workflows for finance and sales, with output verification, judgment, approvals and handoffs. Prerequisites and engineering support depend on the agreed work. Current native product summaries explain preparation scope and include illustrative assessment criteria and evidence artifacts. Human readiness records distinguish the scenario, environment, observed artifact, criterion, reviewer findings, limitations and next preparation step. Broader role or workflow acceptance requires separate review. The content archive preserves original publication bodies and dates. Archive snapshots remain accessible for provenance, with links to current preparation. /contact-us redirects to the current readiness inquiry. ## AI Bootcamp The AI Bootcamp is 6 to 8 weeks. Agree learner roles, prerequisites, workflow scenarios, approved data and tools, licences, practice environments, criteria and delivery owners before it begins. It does not promise a task delivered in a fixed number of days, guaranteed competence, or production acceptance. Functional and technical practitioners can build, configure, direct and check AI at the depth their work requires; prerequisites and engineering support are scoped accordingly. Production rollout and ongoing support require agreed scope. ## Partner and enterprise paths /for-partners distinguishes learning-platform technical practice from customer workflow delivery. A learning-platform review can cover a scoped lab catalogue/test environment, prerequisites, licences and budgets, LMS or SSO publishing, content signoff and support ownership. /for-consulting-firms addresses customer workflow preparation and separately agreed delivery, commercial and reuse arrangements. A direct enterprise cohort inquiry covers roles, prerequisite levels, regions, approved tools, access, delivery support and assessment criteria. These scoping checklists are not guarantees that a catalogue, integration or entitlement already exists for every buyer. ## Continuing readiness /sustainment covers review triggers when tools, models, agents, data access or responsibilities change. Agree affected scenarios, renewed practice/evaluation, named owners and support scope. A named operating pod, production monitoring, incident response SLA, automatic fallback or universal reassessment is not a default promise. ## Evidence and security If a page fails to render, the error fallback offers Try again and Go to homepage. Production error tracking reports browser exceptions and Node request failures to PostHog. /case-studies distinguishes named preparation programmes from measured operational outcomes. Illustrative workflow and discovery cases are labelled; a reported baseline is not achieved improvement. Historical articles and PDFs preserve their dated evidence and citations. /compliance explains deployment and data-handling questions to review for the actual engagement. Storage location differs from processing by external model providers. Review applicable assurance documents, provider retention, data residency, access, subprocessors and contractual controls. Neither universal tenant-only processing nor a security certification is inferred from architecture copy. ## Platform and framework /platform connects the new workforce of people and agents to business environments and the simulations and evaluations within them. Established GenAI Sandboxes, hands-on preparation and EASE assessment remain scoped products and foundations. EASE (Engine for AI-based Skill Evaluation) grades available work evidence from configured human Competency Assessments against scoped criteria. Implementation, quality, recovery and outcome are four published grading signals. Review the rubric, scenario coverage, permitted assistance, captured evidence and grading uncertainty alongside the score; a demonstration or assessment is scoped before delivery. Human skill scores do not automatically certify an agent or authorize production deployment. /the-framework and /task-intelligence explain Task Intelligence underneath Work Transformation. The Agentic Enterprise book cites a study of 2,143,500 tasks across six industries. Its 30/40/30 framing is a planning reference, not a measured deployment rate or staffing rule. Explore data has its own provenance and update cadence. Market evidence and classifications are decision inputs rather than promises about a particular organization. ## Public pages /explore/workflows presents published workflow examples and practical guides. /explore/workflows/reference lets visitors browse the reference catalogue by source, industry and business domain, search by keyword, and open workflow task details. When its semantic index is available, an explicit Search by meaning action matches a plain-language description against workflow names, context and recorded task descriptions. Source and industry/domain filters constrain the search; ranked matches are research examples, not validated workflow redesigns or readiness outcomes. Dated snapshot browsing does not run semantic search. If semantic search is unavailable or fails, visitors can continue browsing. /explore/frontier-labs presents a hiring snapshot captured on 22 May 2026 from OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI and Mistral. Visitors can browse by lab and department and open captured role descriptions and task breakdowns. Current vacancies may differ. Natural-language semantic search appears only when its search index is available; browsing does not require that index. - [Home](https://nuvepro.com/) - [The New Workforce](https://nuvepro.com/new-workforce) - [Media & Publishing](https://nuvepro.com/media) - [Credit Cards & Payments](https://nuvepro.com/credit-cards) - [Task Intelligence](https://nuvepro.com/task-intelligence) - [Project Readiness](https://nuvepro.com/project-readiness) - [Project Readiness Archive](https://nuvepro.com/project-readiness/archive) - [The Framework](https://nuvepro.com/the-framework) - [Customer Workflow Examples](https://nuvepro.com/explore/real-world-examples) - [Healthcare BPM Operations Case Study](https://nuvepro.com/case-studies/healthcare-bpm-operations) - [Platform](https://nuvepro.com/platform) - [EASE Engine](https://nuvepro.com/platform/ease) - [Workflow Reimagined](https://nuvepro.com/reimagine/workflow) - [Custom AI development](https://nuvepro.com/services/custom-ai-development): scope, build, test and hand over agents, agentic workflows and software factories around a customer's systems, data and rules; acceptance agreed first; examples are illustrative scopes, not completed customer implementations. - [Workforce Reimagined](https://nuvepro.com/reimagine/workforce) - [Measure Impact](https://nuvepro.com/reimagine/impact) - [For Partners](https://nuvepro.com/for-partners) - [Start Your Transition](https://nuvepro.com/quick) - [Quick Start](https://nuvepro.com/quick-start) - [Pricing](https://nuvepro.com/pricing) - [Contact](https://nuvepro.com/contact) - [Compliance & Security](https://nuvepro.com/compliance) - [Healthcare BPM Discovery Case Study](https://nuvepro.com/case-studies/healthcare-bpm-discovery) - [Case Studies](https://nuvepro.com/case-studies) - [Field Truth](https://nuvepro.com/field-truth) - [Research](https://nuvepro.com/research) - [Ecosystem](https://nuvepro.com/ecosystem) - [AI Bootcamp](https://nuvepro.com/bootcamp) - [The Risks](https://nuvepro.com/risks) - [Resources hub](https://nuvepro.com/resources) - [Task Classification Guide](https://nuvepro.com/resources/task-classification-guide) - [AI Readiness Assessment](https://nuvepro.com/resources/ai-readiness-assessment) - [Task Intelligence vs Talent Intelligence](https://nuvepro.com/resources/task-intelligence-vs-talent-intelligence) - [What Is Workflow Intelligence?](https://nuvepro.com/resources/what-is-workflow-intelligence) - [The State of Task Intelligence 2026](https://nuvepro.com/resources/state-of-task-intelligence-2026) - [Nuvepro Task Intelligence Index (NTI)](https://nuvepro.com/resources/task-intelligence-index) - [Explore New Roles](https://nuvepro.com/explore/new-roles) - [Frontier AI Lab Hiring Snapshot](https://nuvepro.com/explore/frontier-labs) - [AI Builder: technical work](https://nuvepro.com/ai-builder) - [Role pages index](https://nuvepro.com/roles) - [Forward Deployed Engineers](https://nuvepro.com/roles/forward-deployed-engineer) - [Explore Tasks](https://nuvepro.com/explore/tasks) - [Real Enterprise Workflows with AI](https://nuvepro.com/explore/workflows) - [Workflow Reference Catalogue](https://nuvepro.com/explore/workflows/reference) - [Task Breakdown](https://nuvepro.com/explore/task-breakdown) - [Explore](https://nuvepro.com/explore) - [Insights](https://nuvepro.com/insights) ## Supporting evidence and editorial content /answers provides topic explanations. /insights, /research, /resources and the Project Readiness archive contain dated research, thought leadership and historical delivery material. /research distinguishes estimated task exposure, observed usage, surveys and workforce projections; Nuvepro’s application of each study is separate from its findings. Historical associations and employer projections are not guaranteed job outcomes or results caused by Nuvepro. Consult the source, population and date before applying a statistic. No article or public classification establishes operating permission. ## Contact /contact retains visible role, workflow, product, partner/cohort scope and saved redesign reference where provided, including FDE preparation paths through the readiness hub and Sandboxes. The message is an editable starting point. Required fields have associated labels and validation feedback. Buyers choose whether to submit. Security and access, continuing readiness, EASE, technical partnership, cohort preparation and workflow redesign each have contextual inquiry entry points. Bootcamp example selectors expose which scenario is selected to assistive technology. ## Customer workflow examples /explore/real-world-examples contains anonymized needs from Grain and Teams conversations: media campaign creation and client review, investigation findings, technical/FDE practice, industry-context engineering and enterprise capstones. Each separates buyer requests, proposed simulations, reported delivery and distinct readiness evidence. These are not measured customer results or endorsements. Market research remains at /research. Industry pages describe responsibilities without invented task-time or throughput results. Homepage H1: Learn to build agents, agentic workflows and software factories. Each term links directly to its definition on /agents/agents-workflows-and-factories (#agents, #agentic-workflows, #software-factories). H2: Through simulations of your enterprise’s real work, linked to /agents. This answers what the customer can do and how. Under the H2 the bespoke scope is explicit: “We shape business environments around your enterprise’s systems, data and rules, so your teams can build, test and improve how the work gets done.” The hero has one Discuss your work action plus a plain "See 53 real enterprise examples" link to /explore/workflows, and no standalone explainer line, practical-guides action or repeated role/workflow buttons. Role/workflow choices and substantive guides remain further down the homepage. People and agents remain together in the /new-workforce story. ## Homepage visual examples The homepage no longer carries the FDE discovery-conversation screen or the illustrative campaign/investigation workflow examples; both remain on /roles/forward-deployed-engineer and /reimagine/workflow. A single "Your people" section ("Extend existing roles with AI. Prepare for new ones.") links Reimagine a Role, Forward Deployed Engineers and Hands-on labs, and states that each person demonstrates the new responsibility in a simulation of the enterprise work before it is assigned. ## Published customer testimonials The homepage restores customer testimonials originally published on the old Nuvepro.com homepage: Janardhan Santhanam of TCS, Sreekanth Menon of Genpact, and Harshvendra Soin of Tech Mahindra. Short verbatim excerpts and original portraits appear after the "Your people" section; visitors can expand each complete original testimonial. Attributions are the roles as originally published. These quotes describe hands-on practice, Playground Labs and talent development, not measured agent or shared-workforce certification outcomes. The homepage hero also restores the original running customer-name strip: TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, HCL, LTIMindtree, Persistent, Skillsoft, Great Learning, upGrad, PwC, EXL, Genpact, Zensar, Tech Mahindra, Maveric, Microland, Edureka, Mphasis and Virtusa. Visitors can pause it; reduced-motion preferences show a static wrapped list. These names come from the previously published Nuvepro.com customer strip. ## Learning and Resource Library [Learning and Resource Library](https://nuvepro.com/project-readiness/archive) makes preserved Nuvepro.com articles, customer stories, preparation resources and delivery lab updates discoverable. Visitors can search original content, filter by subject and content type, sort by verified publication date or title, and browse paginated results. Each item opens its original publication. Current preparation and inquiries remain accessible through Project Readiness. Published source copies are labeled historical and do not define current engagement scope. Dates unavailable in the source are not invented. The library reconciles the preserved public source export captured in June 2026 with the migrated delivery lab collection, including genuine publications previously omitted from the archive. WordPress demos, placeholder products/pricing, empty or duplicate indexes, utility pages and unpublished drafts are excluded from public library results. Existing migrated routes and source files remain preserved. Newly recovered originals have stable routes under /project-readiness/publications/wp-post- or wp-page-; they are sanitized reading copies with original wording, not exact visual replicas of the old website. Find the library from Project Readiness, the Evidence menu, Resources and the footer. As reconciled on 4 October 2026, the library indexes 457 reading items: 355 substantive items from the previous 365-item archive, plus 83 recovered articles and 19 recovered site publications. Ten previously migrated demo/backup/empty items are omitted from library results while their routes and source files remain preserved. This count describes the captured source collection, not publications added to the live website after the June 2026 capture. The source-disposition review also excludes 41 omitted utility/demo/duplicate pages and six additional portfolio demos; unpublished drafts are not published. Project Readiness is a direct entry for L&D teams and learning providers. Explore products and Browse learning resources are the two prominent hero buttons. Explore products jumps to the product cards on the same page (#products); each card opens its dedicated product page. Schedule a Readiness Demo and Explore New Roles are supporting links. A highlighted Learning and Resource Library section below the preparation products repeats the browsing action. Both library links preserve the selected role/workflow context. Hands-on labs: /project-readiness/products is an optional comparison catalogue, separate from the Learning and Resource Library. The Project Readiness hero's Explore products button jumps to its existing product cards (#products); each card opens a dedicated product page. The five dedicated pages now display the preserved original Nuvepro.com product copy and layout by default, not normalized readiness rewrites: Practice Projects (/project-readiness/hands-on-practice-projects-for-skilling), Skill Validation Assessments (/project-readiness/skill-validation-assessments), Project Readiness Bundles (/project-readiness/skill-bundles-for-project-readiness), Sandboxes (/project-readiness/nuvepro-sandboxes-for-hands-on-learning), and Challenge Labs (/project-readiness/challenge-labs-for-skilling). The original product descriptions retain their detailed explanations, comparisons, customization and published wording. Product inquiry links preserve role/workflow context and enter today's editable inquiry. Current availability, configurations, licenses and support are scoped for the programme. Hands-on labs is also linked in Solutions and the Platform footer; learning providers can follow the lab delivery partnership path. AI Bootcamp remains one 6 to 8 week engagement with no 14-day/per-task outcome promise. The five original product pages share a presentation layer matching the current light website: Geist typography, white and pale grey sections, teal comparisons and accordions, and orange inquiry buttons. Original wording, images, cards, tables, interactive components and section order are preserved. The original source snapshots are unchanged. Narrow-screen comparisons wrap both columns without horizontal panning. Historical knowledge publications also use the current Geist font and light reading surfaces, while retaining their dated context. Product typography matches the current Geist site font and its normal-weight heading style, with medium card/accordion titles, consistent body sizing and lighter heading tracking. Legacy entrance animations are disabled within the five restored product pages so their content appears without an animation delay. Interactive accordions and circles are retained. Product pages open directly with their product introduction and original inquiry buttons. The surrounding original-publication disclaimer block has been removed. Compact section spacing and naturally sized illustrations replace oversized gaps and reserved image spacers; page height follows content as accordions and responsive layouts change. Product-page interactive half-circle captions are inset within the curved interior on desktop. All four captions remain readable in the original stacked mobile layout. Original wording and controls are preserved. The four solution pages under Project Readiness’s “Built around how your people get ready” section now show the complete original Nuvepro publications directly, with current-site Geist typography, light surfaces, compact spacing and functioning original components: - /project-readiness/project-based-learning-for-workforce: original project-based learning explanation, capability tabs and benefits. - /project-readiness/role-readiness-assessments: original competency mapping, scenarios, grading, dashboards, career-stage comparison and audience tabs. - /project-readiness/custom-labs-as-a-service: original CLASS customization explanation, tools, policies, architecture and comparisons. - /project-readiness/cohort-labs-for-teams: original shared environment, role distribution, team scoring and FAQ. Their original root URLs render the same pages. These solutions remain separate from the five-product comparison catalogue. The shortened normalized guidance no longer replaces these four original bodies. Source documents, text, images, tables and component structure are retained. Original inquiry links lead to the current contact page with selected role, workflow and solution source. No 14-day per-task promise is introduced. ## Full original-content restoration audit (4 October 2026) Original content availability now controls the whole migrated collection, rather than a selected list of products. The repeatable audit accounts for 467 entries: 457 readable originals and ten previously excluded demo/empty entries. All 457 originals are selected ahead of normalized fallback guidance. This restores the full original explanations on Cybersecurity, GCP certification labs, AWS Cloud Practitioner, assessment articles, delivery updates and other available publications. This is completeness against the captured migration inventory, not a fresh scrape of the live website. The original /ai publication was recovered from the saved published public REST source after its previous snapshot proved to be the wrong page. Its original wording, 108 widgets, 33 headings and 21 images are preserved in a responsive reading presentation; the missing original page stylesheet has not been reconstructed as an exact visual replica. The other preserved original source documents are unchanged. A shared presentation layer aligns original Elementor pages and article templates with Geist typography, compact spacing and white/pale grey backgrounds. Teal comparisons, selected tabs and controls remain. The nine commercial product/solution pages open directly without the removed original-product disclaimer. Dated knowledge publications retain historical context and links to current preparation. Original nested tabs have local click and keyboard behavior; archived comments are hidden because these reading copies do not accept comments. Current AI Bootcamp remains 6 to 8 weeks with no per-task delivery promise. Original publication link verification (4 October 2026): original category/tag links now enter the filtered Learning and Resource Library. Twenty-one exact renamed publication links and three retired index links are mapped to captured originals or the current library; one malformed demo link enters current inquiry. Missing historical page and PDF destinations are explicitly identified in the reading copy, with original URL provenance retained; they are not substituted with different articles. Seven referenced PDFs and sixteen old linked page paths were not available in the captured collection. All 457 captured readable page bodies are restored, but this does not imply every publication or attachment from the former live site is captured. The Anthropic study citation on /research points to Labor market impacts of AI: A new measure and early evidence (5 March 2026). The 94% theoretical and 33% observed coverage estimates refer to Computer and Math occupations and Claude usage, not all occupations or all AI work. Workflow preparation is Nuvepro's interpretation; the study does not establish work redesign as the cause of this gap. Historical learning-system course links retain their original parameters in the reading page. The public Markdown review omits those course parameters and treats the base URLs as provenance, not usable public learning launch links. This does not certify access to the external learning systems. ## Field Truth conversation synthesis /field-truth presents a qualitative, anonymized synthesis of customer conversations and meeting notes, reviewed 4 October 2026. Six recurring themes connect changed responsibilities in existing roles, business-context simulations, FDE discovery/build/handoff, approved customer tools or customer-led training, readiness criteria and useful feedback, and environment/partner delivery ownership. Each theme links to the relevant public preparation or workflow page. Meeting interest, an evaluation request and an agreed engagement are distinguished; these summaries are not customer endorsements or proof of completed outcomes. Private transcripts, identities, licensing/price figures and source record IDs are not published. Repeat meetings and corresponding follow-up notes are not counted as independent customers. The people-plus-agents direction is an expansion; human readiness, agent behavior and acceptance of a shared workflow require separate criteria. Published field observations remain below the synthesis when available; an empty observation database does not hide the synthesis. ## Buyer-journey corrections (4 October 2026) Media & Publishing now selects editorial, publishing and advertising workflows for its task evidence. Selected workflow counts refer to that same subset; the wider media research corpus remains separately linked. Role/job-posting figures are separate datasets. New Roles operator research shows screened, deduplicated appointment-related search excerpts as unverified source reports, with search-topic labels rather than inferred person/company appointments. Raw captured research remains preserved. Extracted task hypotheses carry their own date and review limits; they are not verified operating responsibilities. Unlinked or conflicting workflow-preview source mappings require review. Missing mapping does not mean a step was kept or that a proposed step is new. Owner acceptance remains separate. Preserved historical preparation inquiries name the originating publication in the visible editable draft, retaining selected role/workflow and original source. Product labels remain specific to the selected offering. Original readiness presentation hides obsolete static newsletter form-success text and Divi layout-token residue. Unavailable downloads are visibly inactive with an adjacent status; available newsletter PDFs have named visible download links. The underlying captured HTML remains unchanged. Historical delivery details support repeated keyboard expansion and collapse. Preserved publications open without the shared historical-content heading or its programme disclaimer. Publication dates and original source content remain visible, with links to current preparation, inquiry, the learning library and new roles retaining the visitor's selected context. Original assessment audience panels keep their original examples with separate current guidance for role responsibilities and criteria. Cohort team grading evaluates the captain's submitted team solution; it does not establish each participant's readiness. Individually scoped evidence remains necessary. Five original commercial product outcome blocks show verified page publication dates and the last update date, 30 March 2026, beside their figures. These are page dates, not measurement periods. The original pages did not state a supporting study, sample or measurement period for those historical outcome claims; they do not predict a new programme's results. Original catalogue counts are dated to the same source pages. No page-wide original-product disclaimer has been reinstated. Operator bucket job samples are labeled related captured postings, because title matching may find advisory roles mentioning AI executives rather than an executive appointment. Unsupported broad CAIO adoption and emergence-year assertions have been removed. Small posting samples do not establish whether a role is newly created. Migration direct-entry and asset follow-up (4 October 2026): exact source URLs of 98 recovered publications and 25 reviewed renamed/index aliases now lead to their captured original or explicitly reviewed local destination. Current homepage, Bootcamp, Task Intelligence and home redirect keep their meaning; registered original paths retain priority. This restores access from old bookmarks, not a claim that search indexing is restored. Recovered publications retain their historical noindex policy. Selected public role/workflow context is preserved in redirects and through learning-partner delivery links into the editable inquiry. Every captured original img/srcset reference is inventoried separately from HTML fidelity. Of 377 unique local image paths, 375 have captured nonempty files. Two original article illustrations were absent locally and their exact original public URLs returned 404 on 4 October 2026; the reading pages state the illustration is unavailable. This does not restore the missing images or verify decoding/layout of every image. The current remaining boundaries are recorded in the restoration update below. Restored reading pages expose a loading status and keep controls inactive until the local presentation and tab adapter are ready. A first enabled audience-tab click selects its requested panel; visible source markup alone is not treated as an initialized control. Verification update, 4 October 2026: restored publication galleries support keyboard year filters and expose captured resource cards. Missing original downloads and thumbnails are labelled precisely. Captured quote controls open readable original quotes; orphaned original panels remain readable. Header disclosures support keyboard Escape/focus return and mobile Back. Security inquiries retain the selected role and workflow. The expired HolyCoders citation is inactive with its exact source retained. Original captured HTML is preserved. Local verification does not establish deployment or search indexing. Legacy interactive-circle choices support Enter and Space with accurate selected state. The earlier missing-resource counts are superseded by the 23 October restoration update below. Deployment scope: nuvepro.com is the public website. The authenticated tenant platform is available separately at https://nuvepro.ai. With PUBLIC_WEBSITE_ONLY=true, tenant, admin, sign-in and private operational APIs are disabled on this deployment; public data explorers, bounded previews and inquiries remain available. Public role previews do not save organizational audit history. ## Role transitions and buyer scope (5 October 2026) The current homepage H1 is “Learn to build agents, agentic workflows and software factories.” H2 is “Through simulations of your enterprise’s real work.” and links to /agents. Further down, two paths are Reimagine a Workflow (/reimagine/workflow) and Reimagine a Role (/reimagine/workforce). Role transitions start with a current role, existing experience and a target role. A separate path adapts responsibilities, decisions, review and handoffs within an existing role to AI. Entirely new roles such as FDE have distinct preparation needs. Project Readiness connects the defined transition to simulations, practice and scoped human assessment; products and environments follow the role/workflow requirements. A direct workflow discussion remains available without analysis or generation. /start offers workflow discussion, role transition, FDE preparation, the 6–8 week AI Bootcamp, labs/assessment and partnership paths. Desktop/mobile GET STARTED and Start your transition enter this chooser. Contact topics are visitor-selectable and allowlisted; changing the topic preserves manually edited messages and the original current-role/target-role, role/workflow/product/source context. The selected topic accompanies the existing message submission contract. No new tenant planning functionality is added. Homepage product links lead to the restored Sandboxes, Practice Projects, Skill Validation Assessments and Project Readiness Bundles pages. Learning-platform delivery covers separately agreed catalogue, LMS/SSO launch, licenses, budgets and support. /for-partners/consulting-firms explains joint consulting delivery and customer reuse responsibilities. /for-gccs connects a bounded workflow, accountable owners, baseline and readiness evidence. /for-us-buyers scopes assurance, corporate-network access, locations, learner delivery and support. Its accessibility report concerns Nuvepro Moodle LMS 4.6.0, not every connected lab or AI workflow. /commercial-models explains cost drivers, licenses, usage, integration, reuse rights, acceptance and support, without public numerical prices or automatic business-impact promises. FDE cohort scope connects prerequisites to discovery/problem-framing, build/test and demonstration/handoff artifacts. Customer interview selection, staffing and billability are buyer decisions. Quick-start role examples are scoping topics, with content, availability, capacity and configuration confirmed in the engagement. Unqualified certification, SSO/RBAC, residency/on-premise and fixed configured-bundle claims are omitted. Book discovery stays on /agentic-enterprise and its preparation CTA leads to the actual 6–8 week AI Bootcamp. Task Intelligence distinguishes the dated published 2,143,500-task study across six industries from the wider current catalogue; its historical denominator is retained. Insurance carrier and broker examples explicitly identify human source checks, exception escalation and authorized sign-off. They describe illustrative rehearsal, with approved tools, integration, rollout and continuing support separately scoped. No fixed per-task processing time or audit-log capability is promised. PDF recovery update: all 41 formerly missing PDF paths were recovered from https://s5.nuvepro.com on 5 October 2026. Original bytes total 776,326,078 across 976 pages. TLS, signatures, PDF parsing and SHA-256 were verified; first pages of all 41 were rendered and inspected. Files retain their historical /wp-content/uploads/... paths. Original newsletter and gallery downloads are enabled in the local updated version. Sixteen historical page paths and forty images remain missing. Recovery and local verification do not establish a production deployment. Earlier dated counts above describe their previous audit state. Role choices: /reimagine/workforce lets visitors optionally enter any current role and explore the existing /explore/new-roles data to select a target. Explore target roles and Discuss a tool-centred programme are available with empty fields. Any supplied role titles carry into transition discussion. A separate existing-role path lets visitors optionally specify one LLM or tool, such as Claude Code, for a scoped programme discussion; supplied role and tool context is preserved. These are selections and inquiries, not generated preparation plans or automatic role suitability assessments. Claude Code and FDE programme references have been reviewed; the page explains their distinct practice and evidence patterns. Visitor selections do not establish programme eligibility or readiness. Programme examples on /reimagine/workforce now illustrate two reference-based preparation patterns: an existing developer using Claude/Claude Code for domain projects, output checks, code review, tests and capstone evidence; and an enterprise engineer preparing for FDE through technical builds, client problem framing, architecture/integration decisions and a defended capstone with operating handoff. Entry level and scope are agreed with the role owner. Reference curricula are not proof of learner results, qualification or production/compliance acceptance; internal cohort schedules and configuration are not published. ## Public navigation accessibility Keyboard users can skip the shared header to page content. Mobile menus scroll within the viewport. Inquiry Back returns through browser history when available, with a homepage fallback. Industry workflow links preserve selected context. Native primary actions use darker brand shades for readable labels; reduced-motion preferences disable smooth anchor scrolling. Task Intelligence guide (/task-intelligence): analytical framework supporting proposed workflow design, role preparation and impact hypotheses. Published studies are research context, not Nuvepro customer outcomes or promises. Workforce actions open /reimagine/workforce for new-role transitions or AI preparation in an existing role. Assessed human capability, agent behavior, workflow acceptance and realized impact require separate evidence. Task Intelligence guide catalogue provenance: approved 5M task-library headline, 2,400+ companies (2,464 in July 2026 posting snapshot), 81 industry segments; 894 occupations in the June 2026 O*NET catalogue. Different datasets and dates; not a single study population. Workflow reference coverage links to /explore/workflows/reference instead of treating the older 7,113 base-scraper count as the full current catalogue. Preserve the dated Agentic Enterprise study population separately. Book page /agentic-enterprise#chapter-insights: selected chapter insights adapted from the Redesigning Work India Edition Book Insights presentation, covering chapters 1,3,5–15. Topics include work mix, reliability, human-agent teams, handoffs, organization design, governance, junior learning, human capabilities, readiness, transition paths, economics, operating models and new work. Summaries are not a full table of contents or promised programme outcomes. Purchase link after the chapter insights opens the existing Amazon listing. Task Intelligence links to the chapter section. Contact inquiry from the homepage uses the context label “Discuss Work”. The visitor can edit the inquiry topic and message. Public catalogue discovery uses “Explore Data”, not a fixed O*NET occupation count. 894 describes the O*NET occupational layer only; it is not Nuvepro’s total role coverage or the population of the 5M task libraries. Current summaries and metadata separate these sources. Historical publications retain their dated source text. The legacy /pilot URL redirects to /bootcamp for existing links and is not promoted as a separate offer or CTA. ## Workspace, concept under development - https://nuvepro.com/workspace explains a proposed continuing improvement loop connecting workflows, workforce, permitted work evidence, simulations and owner-reviewed changes. It is not a finished product or a committed capability package. - Bootcamp is6–8 week preparation for changed workflow responsibilities or role transitions, distinct from Workspace implementation and production acceptance. Workspace is not listed in the main navigation (removed 23 October 2026); the concept page remains available by URL and is labelled as a concept under development. Homepage story: concrete hero → what enterprises want AI to do and how the result is checked → role/workflow choices → three worked examples (website-testing agent, software factory, invoice generation), each with what needs checking before rollout and what to measure after rollout → existing-agent evaluation → your people (role extension, FDE, labs) → existing customer quotes → buyer routes → FAQ. Workspace is explicitly a concept under development, not a finished governance product. Existing customer quotes remain unchanged pending approved replacements. No Pilot CTA. Final homepage clarification: retain Start with your work and role/workflow chooser, including industry expansion. The method is a concise narrative before choices, not a second standalone three-card section. Task Intelligence stays on the homepage inside the worked-examples section: it follows each workflow across the teams it passes through and classifies every task as automate, augment or human-only. Those classifications are proposals; the simulation tests them before the enterprise's owners decide. Links to /the-framework. Homepage success is defined per worked example, not as a generic multiplier. Before rollout: the check in the simulated environment (for example, known defects detected and false positives reviewed; correct customer, amounts and tax treatment with approval before issue). After rollout, against the enterprise's own baseline: defects reaching release and time per regression cycle; changes rejected at review and lead time from requirement to release; invoices reworked or reissued and time from order to issued invoice. "Bring one baseline. Your operating owner sets the target." No invented time savings. Buyer routes heading: Find the route for your organization. ## Public navigation and presentation The header has one Get started action. Native marketing actions use readable sentence-case labels; marketing and detail page headings follow separate consistent scales. The homepage hands-on preparation section is labelled Hands-on labs. The homepage Hands-on labs section links to /project-readiness#products with Browse all labs. Review-gated views are separate from the preserved source catalogue. Industry task-evidence lists and the ordinary workflow reference use exact-source task eligibility under the configured semantic-review checks or a human override. /explore/tasks and the dated workflow snapshot preserve original source classifications; their labels do not establish completed independent review. Published AEI research counts refer to source statements and retain their research vintage. Explore Jobs uses occupational and captured job-posting references to scope enterprise work. Task percentages describe proposed support; time, pay and team figures are modelled estimates, not measured workday shares or realized savings. O*NET detail identifies the eligible statement count and explains the time and pay assumptions behind its estimates. Projects define what the enterprise team will build, check and accept. Selecting an already-loaded O*NET role retains its tier and reviewed/pending status; missing records use the existing read action. Explore Jobs scores a role from its simulatable tasks plus any physical or manual work (statements classified as out of scope for simulation), which still counts toward the automate, augment and human-only mix and is flagged as "Physical or manual work, out of scope for simulation" on the role page; generic expectations such as "stay abreast of trends" are excluded from the score and the task list. Statement classifications were reviewed twice with calibrated rules and tie-broken; compound job-description bullets are split into separate statements. Explore Jobs separates review-pending roles from its scored views: score charts, strategy summaries and full-role estimates use roles whose task review is complete, while its role catalogue retains neutral pending labels. Captured-job role records load independently of their optional source summaries and filters; pending or failed reads are labelled rather than shown as zero records. For captured-job searches, semantic fallback waits for role records to load successfully. This is not the eligibility rule for /explore/tasks, which browses the preserved source snapshot with original labels and keeps new independent review separate. Task-breakdown editorial examples retain historical source counts and percentages, not current reviewed-task counts or measured workforce savings. Industry task evidence lists and counts use the reviewed task population. A selection with no reviewed AI-support or automation examples shows an explicit availability notice; pending statements remain excluded. These examples and stored classifications are research inputs, not proven workflow outcomes. Global engagement scope: agree working languages, any supported language adaptation, local workflow rules, data requirements, regions, delivery time zones and support arrangements in the proposal. These are requirements to confirm, not a promise of universal localization or deployment support. Industry pages connect the same selected workflow to human preparation and agent preparation. General enterprise cohorts use the labs-and-assessment inquiry topic; FDE preparation remains a separate explicit topic. The preserved Custom Labs as a Service publication has an adjacent current scope section: human practice, configuration-specific integration and control review, licences and data, cloud/on-premises support confirmation, and a separate custom Business Environment scope for agent work. Original publication content is preserved. Navigation distinguishes Open platform, which opens the separate nuvepro.ai tenant workspace, from the local Platform explainer and Platform Overview menu entry. ## Concrete work, technical and functional paths /reimagine/workflow connects an actual work request to the changed workflow, team-built output, bespoke context, review and operating acceptance. /reimagine/workforce connects current and target roles to the actual responsibilities and artifacts. Functional practitioners can build or configure workflows; technical practitioners can work at deeper engineering/model depth. /ai-builder explains testing agents, authorized website-security testing, model development versus training from scratch and fine-tuning with baselines and held-out evaluation. /roles/forward-deployed-engineer defines FDE and connects stakeholder discovery to a bounded build, integration decisions and demonstration. Established technical labs and human preparation products remain directly accessible. Shared industry pages connect actual role/workflow examples to an enterprise project, expected artifact, owners and checks. Selected workflow and role context carries through Platform and into the editable inquiry. Public browsing does not generate a detailed tenant plan or submit an inquiry. Research-derived questions inform useful content; they are not verified search-volume rankings or access to private prompts in ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. Homepage hierarchy, updated 20 October 2026: “Learn to build agents, agentic workflows and software factories.” is the H1; “Through simulations of your enterprise’s real work.” is the H2. Technical model development/fine-tuning and functional work remain in the deeper project and role paths. The concise hero is supported by concrete enterprise-work examples below it, rather than an opening list of task examples. FDE market context uses separately categorized, dated provider announcements, not a summed FDE budget or proof of Nuvepro outcomes. Role/task counts on the FDE page are source-snapshot evidence with a displayed date. Public pages share one main content landmark; the Workspace browser title uses the shared Nuvepro suffix once. ## Technical discovery and authored answers The Insights article “Three CEOs on AI and Work. The Task Is Where We Start.” compares attributed accounts. The delivery example preserves its original 20-task, nine-hidden-task map and distinguishes an additional geography responsibility omitted from that map. Framework reductions in estimated weekly hours are fictional samples, not measured operating results. Bootcamp examples identify concrete work products for participant and assessor review. Current authored answer guides describe their visible question and answer as WebPage content alongside existing Article metadata. They are not user-answer forums and do not claim QAPage eligibility. Visible answers, canonical public URLs and internal topic links remain accessible. The sitemap lists preferred public destinations, omits the redirected /explore/workflows/redesign alias and does not invent modification dates when per-page update evidence is unavailable. The legacy URL continues to redirect to /reimagine/workflow. Named AI crawler groups and the wildcard group share the same administrative, legacy and report-path exclusions; robots directives do not replace authentication or access control. Machine-readable summaries and structured data do not establish indexing, ranking or AI citation. Energy and manufacturing consulting implementation examples distinguish Nuvepro environment/readiness delivery, client-team builds and separately scoped Nuvepro implementation or co-delivery; production acceptance and rollout are separately agreed. ## Practical enterprise work guides These six canonical guides connect Work Transformation to real enterprise projects. They provide a direct answer, prerequisites, implementation-design steps, fictional expected-output examples, independent checks, enterprise responsibilities, limitations, primary references and contextual inquiry. They are guidance, not executed demonstrations, measured customer results, courses or guaranteed production readiness. - /answers/generate-invoices-with-ai: outgoing customer invoice preparation from approved records, billing validation, exceptions, duplicate prevention and approval before issue. - /answers/lead-enrichment-and-outreach-with-ai: identity and source verification, reviewable CRM changes, message drafts and separate sending authority. - /answers/build-a-website-testing-agent: agreed journeys, browser tools, assertions, known defects, reproducible findings and release review. - /answers/build-an-agentic-workflow: tools, shared state, bounded decisions, human approvals, recovery and verification. - /answers/build-an-ai-software-factory: repeatable software output, input contract, build stages and an independent verifier with accountable review. - /answers/fine-tune-an-ai-model: task/model choice, prompting and retrieval alternatives, suitable examples, data separation, baseline comparison and held-out checks. The Answers hub, homepage work examples and relevant AI Builder sections link into these guides. FDE definition and preparation remain at /roles/forward-deployed-engineer. No search ranking, indexing or assistant-citation guarantee follows from these pages or this summary. /explore/workflows/reference has two distinct views. Its ordinary view counts and lists tasks accepted by the retained exact-source review rule; zero availability does not imply the source corpus is empty. Its dated published-snapshot view preserves original source classifications separately. /explore/initiatives is intentionally unavailable publicly through its route guard. Industry pages also describe practice scenarios to agree with the enterprise, including named human judgment and sign-off, approved stack access and separately agreed integration and rollout. The consulting index distinguishes client or consultant builds from Nuvepro's scoped projects, environments and assessment. Zero reviewed-source availability is explained without empty numeric headline tiles or empty browse links. Framework report layouts use explicitly fictional scores and time estimates, not measured customer outcomes. Invoice processing and code review examples retain human review. Ecosystem system selection is a local scoping aid, not integration confirmation; vendor names do not establish ready-made connectors or partnerships. Learning customer names evidence hands-on labs and learning, not the proposed agent-evaluation offer. ## Real enterprise workflow library /explore/workflows is the primary library of real enterprise work, replacing the reference-database-first presentation. It links six practical guides and published examples from AI labs, named customers and other first-party sources. Entries distinguish reported operating use from limited published evidence, preserving each source’s actual deployment stage. Per-entry curation review dates are distinct from publication dates; the four Anthropic internal role examples are views from one observational study. Each source example has a canonical page under /explore/workflows/, with attributed facts, deployment scope, sources and limitations, and separately labelled proposed enterprise environment, practice project and checks. These are not Nuvepro-delivered customer cases, ready-made products or measured Nuvepro outcomes. Search and industry/function/evidence filters use public GET navigation. The underlying process reference browser remains available at /explore/workflows/reference. Its ordinary view has reviewed-only task details and an honest pending-review state. Its dated ?snapshot=2026-10-15 view preserves original source classifications as hypotheses and stays keyword-only. Its Source tasks and Avg source tasks tiles count originally classified source records, not completed independent reviews. The ordinary view retains reviewed-task labels. No pending source statements are published as completed classifications. The main Workflows navigation and homepage capability path lead to the new practical library. Current source snapshots and research examples do not establish live freshness, ranking or assistant citations. Research and corpus pages distinguish dated job-source counts (June 2026 review), separate workflow/occupation catalogues, the July 2026 emerging-role snapshot and the May 2026 Frontier ingestion. The unsupported FDE growth block and untraceable research multipliers are removed; posting companies are not described as customer field work. No-segment statistical panels use shared published corpus facts reviewed 2026-06-18 rather than mixing unmatched posting-count vintages. Consulting diagnostic research requires client discovery and agreed baselines. Practical preparation does not determine how productivity gains are shared. Framework screening, test generation, regulatory monitoring and compliance checklist examples retain named human decisions and review. Fictional readiness scores do not predict deployment success. The framework diagram omits unmatched undated corpus totals. The MIT worker-voice evidence concerns manufacturing productivity and is not an AI implementation trial. Oxford occupation-level automation estimates and the HBS varied-task experiment do not validate Nuvepro’s task classifier, readiness or business outcomes. Team build responsibility and owner acceptance remain separate from preparation. The insights 30/40/30 card explains the book’s planning framing alongside its dated study citation, not the wider current catalogue. Consulting inquiry labels retain Energy and utilities consulting workflow or Manufacturing consulting workflow. Invoice generation and website quality assurance example actions open their specific practical guides directly. The two legacy /reimagine/workflow?workflow= selections redirect to the matching guides instead of repeating the generic explainer; safe role/workflow context is retained through the unsent enterprise inquiry. Other selected workflows retain the workflow redesign explainer and explicit preview. Practical guides distinguish their specific build/design guidance from the general workflow redesign approach, avoiding a link back to their own redirected selection. Private redesign references and unrelated query parameters are excluded from guide-to-inquiry context. Academic evidence retains the actual populations and interventions: Kim/Kim/Koning’s 515-startup information treatment is distinct from task classification, Noy/Zhang concerns studied writing tasks, and LLM exposure is not adoption or validated impact. Concrete work questions link to their specific available content: lead enrichment and fine-tuning guides, model-development and authorized-security project sections, separate agentic-workflow and software-factory guides, and the FDE role page. Known legacy selected-work URLs forward to those destinations. The generic agentic-workflow inquiry keeps Agentic workflow design as its topic; supplier onboarding remains an illustrative example. AI Builder article and guide handoffs preserve permitted role, tool and work context, without private redesign references. Frontier-lab role pages retain captured job descriptions as dated hiring evidence. Exact source postings confirmed unavailable with HTTP404 or410 display a dated availability note and plain source URL instead of an active Apply action. Other links are labelled original source postings, not a promise of a currently open vacancy. A separate exact-source registry distinguishes specific Anthropic job URLs observed redirecting to a general company roles board with HTTP200. These pages retain the original URL as provenance and separately label the observed current board link; the redirect neither verifies the original vacancy nor establishes that the role is closed. Availability checks do not change job source data or task classifications. ## Historical link availability update, 18 October 2026 The captured practice-projects, sandboxes and Nuvepro Skill Bundles legacy links resolve to their exact preserved Project Readiness product pages. Their existing product cards on the AI for Developers, AI for Knowledge Workers and historical product pages have explicit visible actions. The assessment article's MicrosoftTeams attachment link opens its captured local image. Five additional uncaptured Delivery Labs article/pagination destinations are labelled unavailable in their original reading copies. Empty attachment controls and obsolete hidden WordPress home previews are neutralized in presentation; preserved snapshot source bytes remain unchanged. The historical Challenge Labs Hiring PDF linked from “2 Steps in Making the Right Technical Hire in 2021” is unavailable: its original host fails certificate verification, and the checked publisher mirror did not contain that PDF. The article retains its source identity and explains the missing download. This is unavailable-source handling, not restored attachment content. ## Preserved published Task Explorer, 18 October 2026 /explore/tasks again browses the 88,231 preserved source tasks from the published view restored on 15 October 2026. The read-only source projection is fingerprint-pinned; it does not admit new working classifications. Search, industry/category and original classification filters lead to task detail and the exact parent workflow at /explore/workflows/reference with an explicit published-snapshot selection. Original labels are source hypotheses, not completed independent review, deployment permission or measured impact. New independent classification remains separate. Reviewed-only assessment/impact readers retain their own review gates. Loading failures are reported distinctly from empty results and permit retry or browsing published enterprise-work examples. No source database or review metadata is rewritten by this browsing repair. ## Editorial clarification, 18 October 2026 Current copy leads with the enterprise work and avoids repeating the same scoping explanation in every section. The approved homepage H1, linked H2 and enterprise-specific paragraph are unchanged. Shared work examples offer one descriptive link per project. Platform and partner routes retain their distinct delivery and learning-provider paths. /ai-builder now leads with Build AI into the work your team does. Its examples retain testing agents, authorized security testing, model development, model adaptation and FDE delivery; historical contractor pay figures and categorical claims about every AI role are omitted. The FDE page describes simulated discovery, practice and review against the scenario brief. Model-generated feedback is not deterministic qualification, and the agreed reference exercise is distinct from production integration. The six practical guides use subject-specific build headings, retain worked examples and checks, and label their designs as illustrative. Published workflow facts, source URLs, evidence categories, stages and curation dates remain separate from proposed enterprise projects. Removing repeated Proposed prefixes does not turn a project into an executed assessment or a Nuvepro customer result. The Answers hub, percentage answer and 30/40/30 insight distinguish the dated book-study population from current source libraries, observed AI use and deployment evidence. The pattern is not a universal ratio, staffing target or capability ceiling. Job-description classifications do not show that the employer has automated the work. The percentage article and insight retain practical examples, evidence boundaries and owner-reviewed project paths. Current media, broker and carrier entries start with the work and its owners. The 6 to 8 week AI Bootcamp remains one preparation option. Teams build or configure the scoped result; authorized owners check source evidence and decide operating use. Live redesign in a fixed sales-call duration is not promised. Shared FAQs explain data-security scoping before records are shared and illustrate custom scenarios with a hypothetical invoice exception. Resource scope clarified 18 October 2026: the task-classification guide proposes candidates and checks; it does not guarantee production performance. The Task Intelligence Index is an illustrative weighted task-mix calculation, not a readiness or adoption score. The State report’s scenario and source-corpus units remain separate. Its unchanged original-edition PDF is visibly identified: older counts and scenario/vendor claims are superseded by the web page’s clarifications. Talent, skills and task evidence can inform different parts of preparation; there is no mandatory ordering or assurance of employment. Current comparison articles use provider-published scope, dated demo observations and enterprise acceptance questions, without treating competitors as incapable of task or agentic work. AI Builder role-card descriptions name the work performed, without most-hired or successor forecasts. Cards retain a complete first sentence. The shared role taxonomy’s matching patterns and the source posting snapshot are unchanged. FDE task-share percentages use the same one-decimal precision; their source snapshot remains distinct from readiness and employment predictions. Editorial clarification (18 October 2026): the book’s 30/40/30 framing is a planning reference, not a measured deployment rate or enterprise target. Its study citation remains 2,143,500 tasks across six industries, 60 roles and 11 companies. Homepage industry links open scoping examples; they do not imply live customer deployments. Named ecosystem products are examples, not claims of partnership or available integrations. The platform combines building in sandboxes, rehearsing in simulations and assessments for agreed human responsibilities; enterprise owners decide operating acceptance. Project Readiness and the 6–8 week AI Bootcamp are preparation options. The main Task Intelligence page uses the same 30/40/30 planning framing and retains primary research with study-specific limitations. Unverified industry ratio comparisons and occupational readiness percentages have been removed. Its NTI link leads to an illustrative method and worked examples. Public role and workflow previews lead to a scoped enterprise discussion, while /platform describes project, environment and assessment options. The impact overview leads to baseline and measurement planning rather than a published formula or sensitivity calculator. The AI Bootcamp FAQ and structured answer both allow functional teams to configure workflows with suitable support; technical depth and build, review and maintenance responsibilities follow the selected enterprise work. ## Work examples and evidence limits /quick-start presents four illustrative work products: a reviewed invoice-exception queue for an AI Agent Supervisor, a website-testing agent for an AI Engineer, a delivery plan for an AI Project Manager and a supplier-onboarding design for an AI Solutions Architect. The skill lists describe capabilities the role may develop, rather than everything included in that illustrative project. They start a bespoke preparation discussion; they are not configured programmes or promised outcomes. The selected workflow and role name remain in the editable inquiry. /risks offers seven work-design questions about junior practice, overreliance, workload, queues, handoffs, management and work-specific skills. These are prompts informed by The Agentic Enterprise, not quantified predictions or hospital results. /the-framework connects task and workflow analysis to proposed responsibilities, practice and assessment. Dashboard hours and scores are fictional sample estimates; workflow splits count tasks in the selected example. APQC process taxonomy is a reference, not a specification of an enterprise’s sequence, decisions or owners. Historical management references do not establish permanent AI limits or job guarantees. Role detail and job-data pages describe source snapshots and proposed classification labels, not current vacancies or verified agent execution. Static workflow-redesign examples are proposals. /field-truth contains qualitative meeting and follow-up synthesis; aggregate stored classifications are not a representative enterprise survey or measured impact. Where a browser-stored workforce report displays modeled hours, FTE or financial value, those remain estimates using stated defaults, for owner validation against actual work and costs. Current industry coverage tiles describe postings and companies in the selected source roles, not industry totals, Nuvepro customer reach or current vacancies. A request read-date identifies when those selected counts were read, rather than a historical corpus review date. Empty reviewed-evidence states remain explicit. The sitemap omits the ten source records already classified as excluded demos and includes the actual Learning and Resource Library. Preserved source routes and original bytes remain accessible for historical context. Browser-stored report pages have their own metadata and are excluded from search indexing; estimates do not become homepage content. The AI Bootcamp hero and introductory answer render without JavaScript; interactive scenario and FAQ behavior is assessed separately. Editorial clarification (19 October 2026): Framework department and role panels describe fictional proposed work, not customer outcomes or testimonials. Task summaries include every row in their scrollable categories; role estimates are separate illustrations. AI Bootcamp structured data describes a bespoke enterprise preparation service and does not assert online-only course delivery. Public role copy (19 October 2026): role descriptions explain work rather than claiming market growth, emergence dates or universal hiring channels. Small or zero posting samples do not establish that a role is new. Public presentation uses separately reviewed descriptions while private matching inputs and source snapshots remain unchanged. Current native indexed page metadata supplies the shared Nuvepro social image; historical source wrappers, the noindex report and the redirect-only pilot retain their separate policies. This does not establish indexing, rankings or assistant citations. ## Existing-role AI capabilities and IT services examples Current customer relevance leads with IT services and software delivery: automated testing, software factories, FDE work, fine-tuning, model integration and authorized website security testing. The homepage and shared enterprise-work section put testing and software-factory examples before finance. Functional work remains represented. Existing testers, developers and delivery teams can extend their current roles with AI capabilities; FDE preparation is a separate possible role transition, not a requirement for all employees. Simulations use enterprise/client systems, approved data, requirements and review standards. None of these illustrative scenarios establishes a delivered customer result. Enterprise commercial proposals record ownership and access to code, configurations, test cases and other artifacts, including agreed reuse rights. The commercial inquiry starts with project outputs and responsibilities, tool/environment usage, licences, integration, artifact rights and support, with team preparation only where relevant. This does not promise automatic ownership transfer or require a cohort for an existing-agent evaluation. ## Legal and contact - Privacy Policy: /privacy. Covers the public website: contact-form details (name, work email, company, job title, optional phone, message), cookieless PostHog analytics, text entered into interactive tools being sent to third-party AI model providers, service providers (hosting, Microsoft 365 / Resend email, PostHog), international transfers (India, United States), retention, security and rights under the EU/UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act 2023 and US state laws. Customer services are governed by the customer agreement. - Terms of Use: /terms. Site use, illustrative examples and public market data are not customer results or advice, AI output may be wrong, intellectual property, third-party links, disclaimer, limitation of liability, Indian law with Bangalore courts. Customer services are governed by a separate written agreement. - Heritage URLs /privacy-policy and /terms-and-conditions redirect to /privacy and /terms. - Contact: Nuvepro Technologies Pvt Ltd, #2, Sona Tower, 8/1, 32nd E Cross Road, 4th T Block East, Jayanagar, Bangalore, Karnataka, India 560041. info@nuvepro.com, +91-9742004201. EdTech sales +91-7230061477; IT services enterprises +91-7022123394; GCC enterprises +91-9972022302. ## Impact page (/reimagine/impact) Shows a hypothetical capacity calculation, not a role benchmark or measured customer result: assume a 40-hour week, 20 hours of tasks changed with AI, a 50% time reduction on those tasks and 2 additional hours of review, exceptions and rework. The arithmetic gives 8 hours potentially freed and 32 remaining. All inputs are illustrative; the former 30% adoption assumption and accountant-specific range are removed. Actual estimates require measured task hours, tested reductions and review effort, with quality and throughput maintained. Time freed does not establish cost savings or headcount reductions. Workforce planning and department views remain described separately. The page retains the baseline, measures and observed-impact method. Workflow-library addition (20 October 2026): /explore/workflows/deepgram-trainium-model-optimization covers Deepgram and AWS FDE’s reported agent-assisted model porting and inference optimization, published 19 October. It describes completed engineering work and evaluated offline batch serving integration; fleet-wide production rollout is not established. Enterprise environment requirements and acceptance checks are proposed separately. At that review the library contained 44 source examples, reviewed through 20 October 2026; source publication dates remain separate. Homepage clarification approved 20 October 2026: “Learn to build” describes teams developing capability through real enterprise work. The H1 is not an invitation to a self-service agent-builder platform. The linked H2 describes simulations; the supporting paragraph makes bespoke business environments around enterprise systems, data and rules explicit. Work Transformation remains the company story. Existing-agent evaluation stays available below the hero and on /agents. Workflow-library additions (21 October 2026): the library contains 47 source examples. Three new accounts published 20 October cover /explore/workflows/terminal-x-investment-memo-review (Terminal X firm-specific investment memo preparation and rubric-based review), /explore/workflows/eon-multicloud-incident-investigation (Eon internal incident investigation with permission-bound tools and read-only production access), and /explore/workflows/octave-complaint-triage (Octave complaint evidence and triage recommendations, with the quality handler deciding). These are attributed operating accounts, not independent audits or Nuvepro deliveries. Each page separately proposes an enterprise environment, failure cases and owner-reviewed checks. Eon autonomous production remediation and Octave autonomous regulatory decisions are not claimed. Existing cases retain their own curation dates; the new entries were reviewed on 21 October. The six practical guides are unchanged. Workflow-library additions (22 October 2026): the library now contains 49 source examples. /explore/workflows/birlasoft-contract-obligation-tracking describes Birlasoft’s source-linked contract duties and delivery tracking, with human oversight. /explore/workflows/php-security-report-and-patch-verification describes maintainer-led report validation and patch verification, with people deciding and accepting changes. Both accounts were published 21 October; the PHP work began earlier. These are attributed accounts, not independent audits or Nuvepro deliveries. Proposed enterprise exercises and checks remain separate from reported work. The prior 47 cases retain their own review dates. The six practical guides are unchanged. Workflow-library additions (23 October 2026): the library now contains 53 source examples. Four accounts published 22 October describe Rescale’s engineer-reviewed test-failure triage (/explore/workflows/rescale-test-failure-triage), Blue Castle Agency’s candidate research and recruiter submissions (/explore/workflows/blue-castle-candidate-sourcing), Vetano’s versioned welcome-workflow changes with test-email approval (/explore/workflows/vetano-welcome-workflow-changes), and an unnamed semiconductor customer’s FDE-led verification workflows and shared Codex harnesses (/explore/workflows/openai-semiconductor-verification-delivery). These are provider-reported accounts; Vetano is a three-person startup and the semiconductor engagements began earlier. Proposed enterprise environments, failure cases and independent checks are separate from reported use. The prior 49 case objects and review dates are preserved. Six guides are unchanged. Role-transition comparison accepts up to 40 visitor-entered tasks in addition to the selected occupation tasks. Extra entered lines require correction before review; all carried-over matches can be expanded. This compares task wording, not skills or readiness. Regional occupation fallback details retain the physical/manual-work scope label. Selecting a region uses its own occupation count and filters, separate from captured-job role segments. Explore Jobs estimates include physical/manual statements and exclude generic expectations, skills, credentials and traits. Country occupation reviews distinguish unresolved decisions, reviewed statements with no simulatable tasks, and native task coverage that has not yet been prepared. Available national descriptions do not by themselves constitute reviewed native tasks. Closest O*NET fallback tasks remain labelled as a US reference. Country scores require exact-text approved digital tasks and no unresolved decisions; physical work and other settled expectations do not contribute to digital simulation or timing estimates. Completing an all-expectation review does not create an AI score or a preparation recommendation. Public catalogue review coverage: unresolved decisions and legacy or stale evidence do not count as completed independent review. Workflow reference cards distinguish reviewed task coverage from preserved published-source tasks. Pending roles appear after reviewed roles rather than being ranked by an unverified score. Role transition occupation reads use the PostgreSQL reference catalogue. If the raw O*NET catalogue is absent, role matching uses the imported tier-1 O*NET reference; task comparisons still include only reviewed tasks. ## Historical restoration update (23 October 2026) The library now contains 462 items, preserving 457 existing entries and adding five dated updates. Archive page 2 remains a navigational page. Six exact Delivery Labs sources captured from s5.nuvepro.com are restored as safe reading copies:17, 16, 15, 14 and 12 June 2026 and archive page 2. Original source bytes and hashes are retained separately; reading-copy text fidelity is checked. Thirty-eight original gallery thumbnails are restored unchanged with validated SHA256 and image decoding. The two unavailable article illustrations remain explicitly labelled placeholders. All 41 previously restored local PDFs remain available; the separate Challenge Labs Hiring PDF is still unavailable. Missing historical page destinations retain their original identity and an explicit unavailable notice, with suitable related reading offered separately. Related alternatives and existing publisher redirects do not establish recovery of the old original. Direct-entry placeholders are excluded from search indexing. Local restoration and checks do not establish production publication or search indexing.
