# Nuntex Nuntex is an AI chief of staff made by Commoner Apps LLC. It follows the podcasts, YouTube channels, blogs and books a person picks, turns each new episode into a short brief, proposes work based on what it heard, and carries out approved work on that person's own Mac or Windows PC, with their own AI (Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode, signed in to their own plan or with their own API key). Nothing that reaches the outside world, such as an email, a post or a website change, happens without the person's approval. Nuntex runs on Android phones and foldables, a Mac with Apple silicon, and Windows 10 or 11 PCs, with iPhone coming to the App Store. It costs $49.99 a month or $499.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial, from https://nuntex.com/pricing/. The person's own AI plan is separate and paid to its provider. ## Answers - [Nuntex: the AI chief of staff app that does the work you approve](https://nuntex.com/): Nuntex is an AI chief of staff app: it briefs you on the shows you follow, proposes the work, and does it on your own Mac or Windows PC, with your own AI, once you say yes. - [How to turn podcasts into action items (a 5-step method)](https://nuntex.com/guides/turn-podcasts-into-action/): To turn podcasts into action items: brief each episode before you listen, write down the one decision it holds, turn it into a task with a first step, then do it and check it. - [AI assistant that asks before it acts: how approval-first AI works](https://nuntex.com/guides/ai-assistant-that-asks-before-it-acts/): An AI assistant that asks before it acts prepares the work on its own and waits for your yes on each step that reaches other people; Nuntex works this way, one step per yes. - [AI chief of staff for small business owners (no software skills needed)](https://nuntex.com/use-cases/small-business/): Nuntex is an AI chief of staff for small business owners: it drafts emails, posts and website updates from your phone and does each one only after you tap yes. - [How to approve Claude Code from your phone (and Codex or OpenCode)](https://nuntex.com/guides/approve-claude-code-from-your-phone/): To approve Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode from your phone, run it on your own Mac or PC with Nuntex: read the plan on your phone, tap yes, and follow each step live. - [OpenClaw alternative that asks before it acts: Nuntex vs OpenClaw](https://nuntex.com/compare/openclaw/): Nuntex is an OpenClaw alternative that sets up in minutes and asks before it acts; OpenClaw is the pick for a free, open-source agent you build and secure yourself. - [What is an AI chief of staff?
