- Qualified electronic seals, timestamps and qualified preservation are obtained through a qualified trust service provider; NG DMS's internal signature and integrity seal are labelled as non-qualified.
- NG DMS is not an ERP: accounting, VAT records, payments and inventory stay in the ERP (for example NG One), which NG DMS integrates with.
