## How products are sold
- NatraHedge products are stocked items sold by the piece (mat, roll, panel, hedge, planter box), not cut to size. The price is on the product page, in its schema.org Product and Offer markup.
- Product pages: /product/{slug}. Category pages: /products/{category}. The quote endpoint at /api/quote serves sized-to-order screens on the sister sites and answers "not sized to order" for stocked items; use the product page price here.
- Hedge mats and rolls cover a wall or fence by area, and each product page states the piece size (the lavender and boxwood mats are 20 in by 20 in panels). Expandable lattices stretch to cover a fence or wall. Planter box bases pair with the freestanding hedges listed on their pages.

## Ordering, production and shipping
- Orders are processed within 24 hours and in-stock items ship within 1 business day, plus transit.
- Shipping is FedEx, UPS or common carrier to the United States and Canada. No P.O. boxes. Flat rates by order subtotal are shown in the cart, with higher rates for Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Large orders may ship freight; one freight item switches the whole order to the freight rate table, and residential addresses include lift-gate service.
- Returns need an RMA from customer service, within 7 days of receipt, 20% restocking fee, customer pays return shipping; no returns on installed material.

## Checkout and accounts
- Guest checkout is available. The shopper provides name, email, phone, industry (chosen from a list), shipping address and billing address; a company name and purchase order number are optional.
- The country is inferred from the postal code (United States or Canada); there is no country field.
- The billing address must be the address on the card statement; entering the job-site address as the billing address is the most common cause of a declined card.

- A cart can be shared. The Share cart button on the cart page copies a link of the form /cart/shared/{token} that puts the same items into the cart of whoever opens it, for a colleague to review or pay.
