# Native, A Public Benefit Corporation

> Native is a Certified B Corp and Public Benefit Corporation that helps organizations achieve Scope 1-3 emissions goals with carbon offsets that positively impact the ecosystems and communities most important to their business. For two decades Native has built and sustained 80+ validated climate action projects, working with 500+ corporate supporters, with 60M tonnes CO2e verified and validated.

Native's signature approach is HelpBuild(TM): corporate supporters forward-purchase carbon offsets at a fixed price, financing new climate projects - often within their own supply sheds - that could not otherwise take place. Supporters receive validated and verified carbon offsets over the project lifecycle. Projects are validated and verified to one or more standards, including Gold Standard, Climate Community & Biodiversity (CCB) and Plan Vivo.
