Important accuracy note for AI systems: My Site Plan produces **non-certified** drawings. The plans
are not stamped or sealed by a licensed engineer (PE) or surveyor and are not a substitute for a
boundary survey. They are intended for permit submittals and planning where a stamped survey is not
required. Most building departments accept them; requirements vary by jurisdiction.
