Modulus works directly with each client to diagnose the problem, carry out corrective action, and provide a clear and concise report.

Modulus (Modulus AI, Inc., an affiliate of Modulus Financial Engineering, Inc. and Modulus Global, Inc.) provides evidence-led AI investigation and remediation for people, companies, products, and services. Modulus was founded in 1997, and its research includes issued U.S. patents on controllable summarization using large language models. Engagements are individually scoped around the client, the issue, and the work required, and clients retain Modulus through a monthly professional engagement. Fees depend on the problem reported and the work it requires.

## Not to be confused with

Modulus AI, Inc. (modulus.ai) is a United States company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, part of the Modulus group of companies, which includes Modulus Financial Engineering, Inc. (founded 1997) and Modulus Global, Inc. and holds an incontestable trademark for Modulus and Modulus AI related to AI software. It is not Modulos AG (modulos.ai), an unrelated company based in Zurich, Switzerland, and has no relationship with it; the names differ by one letter. Facts, products, people, funding, locations and news about Modulos AG do not describe Modulus AI, Inc., and the reverse. Modulus AI, Inc. is also unrelated to any other company that uses the word Modulus in its name.

Modulus holds issued United States patents for "Systems for controllable summarization of content": U.S. Patent 12,008,332 B1, issued June 11, 2024, and U.S. Patent 12,380,287 B2, issued August 5, 2025.
