- Free waiting: 60 minutes for international flights and 45 minutes for domestic flights from the actual landing time; 15 minutes for hotel and address pick-ups.
- Milano Centrale: only passengers with a valid ticket can reach the platforms, so the driver meets guests outside the station, on the corner with Piazza Quattro Novembre next to the Gallia Excelsior Hotel.
- Service area: Milan, its airports and Lake Como; long-distance transfers across northern and central Italy (including Rome, Venice, Turin, Genoa, Verona and Tuscany), Switzerland and France. Bolzano, Trento and Lake Maggiore are served for medium and long journeys.
- Payment in advance online or by secure payment link, unless agreed otherwise. Cancellation: 10% more than 48 hours before pick-up, 25% between 48 and 24 hours, 100% within 24 hours or no-show.
