# MetaFormation

> MetaFormation equips Christians to experience heart-level change with Jesus and to help others do the same. Founded by Tony Stoltzfus, the leading author in Christian coaching with over 300,000 books sold.

MetaFormation serves disciple-makers, ministry leaders, professional coaches, and anyone pursuing inside-out transformation rather than behavior modification. The core method is Encounter Coaching, which uses questions directed to Jesus to facilitate transformational encounters with God rather than relying on human insight or techniques alone. Training ranges from free community experiences to a full certification pathway through the Encounter Coach Academy. All content is grounded in Tony Stoltzfus's four decades of coaching leaders through loss, calling, and heart-level change.
