> Membee is the all-in-one membership management platform for associations, chambers of commerce, nonprofits and clubs. It automates renewals, events, payments and communications so teams can spend their time attracting, engaging and retaining members instead of administrating.

Membee is built for lean, member-driven organizations in the US and Canada, many of them run by one to three staff or by volunteers. Core idea: grow your organization, don't administrate it.

- Membership and renewals: customizable online sign-up and applications, automated renewals and reminders, invoicing that members can pay online or on mobile, and saved cards (Card Vault) for auto-charge.
- Payments: MembeePay is Membee's leading payments option, fully integrated into the platform. Membee also integrates with all major payment processors at no extra fee from Membee. Every payment is recorded against the member and tied to an invoice.
- Events: registration and payment with member and non-member pricing, early-bird pricing, bundles, capacity limits, promo codes and sponsorships, plus automated confirmations, reminders and follow-ups.
- Member experience: a self-service member portal (profiles, invoices, receipts, directory listings, event registration) and public or private member directories.
- Data and reporting: one database as the single source of truth, with 60+ built-in reports (membership, events, revenue, receivables, forecasting) that export to PDF or CSV.
- Website: Membee Complete is a no-code, mobile-responsive website connected to member data, member login and the directory.
- Donations and online store: donations with compliant charitable receipts, and an online store for non-dues revenue.
- Accounting: QuickBooks Online integration.
- Service: setup done for you, training, and hands-on support, including live chat.

## Pricing

- Subscription pricing is per admin seat, with unlimited member and contact records. Cost does not rise as your member list grows.
- Annual billing saves 10% on base admin seat pricing.
