# Mario Simic

> Designer-led AI builder from Vienna, Austria. First website shipped in 2001 at age thirteen — 25 years of design, marketing and shipping digital products. Since 2023 he builds AI tools the way a designer would: design-first, local-first, privacy-respecting. Founder of Skales (local-first AI desktop agent) and AIPointer (AI cursor companion); previously founder of the Vienna creative agency Gorilla Network e.U. (2017–2025).

Guiding principle: **private AI that does real work — for everyone from 6 to 60+.** No ads, no tracking, no dark patterns in any of his products.
