A link safety scan (all plans) checks shared links against a continuously updated database of known phishing and malware sites and replies with a public warning when one is flagged — warn-first by design, with an optional Pro/Community auto-delete; only the URL is checked, never the message, sender, or group. Admins get a member warn system: /warn (reply or @username) keeps a shared public strike counter, and at the group's limit (default 3) Limzo automatically mutes, kicks, or bans and resets the counter; /warns, /unwarn, and /resetwarns manage it. Pro/Community groups can schedule quiet hours (off by default): between the chosen hours, in the group's own timezone, the group goes read-only and then reopens with its exact previous permissions restored; admins can always post, and an optional note tells members when the group reopens. Pro/Community admins can also watch up to 10 keywords or short phrases with keyword alerts: opted-in admins receive a private digest at most once an hour with mention counts and a few linked examples — nothing is posted in the group. A single "Forwards & story shares" control (all plans) governs everything members bring in from outside the group, on a four-step ladder: off; Smart (the default), which removes non-official story shares; a stricter level that also blocks every channel-origin forward; and the strictest, which blocks forwards from people too. It is delete-only at every level (never a mute or ban), and admins, trusted users, allowed usernames, the group's own linked channel, and posts the group's own members made in the group are always exempt. Limzo also detects deleted Telegram accounts ("ghost members") that still count toward the member list: the weekly admin report DM shows how many deleted accounts remain among the members Limzo has tracked, and a one-tap button removes them from the group; Pro and Community groups can also switch on an automatic recurring clean-up that removes them quietly and tallies the removals in the weekly report (detection and the one-tap cleanup are free on all plans; Telegram does not let bots read the full member list, so the count covers members Limzo has seen). Private Telegram groups (no public t.me address) are detected automatically: their stats page is tagged as private and never shows verbatim message content — quotes and message previews stay inside the chat, on any plan.
