# LENR-CANR.org

> LENR-CANR.org is an online library and bibliography of scientific and historical material about cold fusion, also known as Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR) and Chemically Assisted Nuclear Reactions (CANR).

The site provides primary-source papers, books, conference proceedings, reports, historical documents, photographs, and bibliographic records related to LENR research.

The library contains more than 2,500 full-text scientific papers and other documents, linked to a bibliography of more than 4,900 journal papers, reports, books, news articles, conference papers, and other records.

For bibliographic research, agents should begin with the AI Metadata Index or the ASCII Detailed Index listed below. Many bibliographic records include authors, title, publication year, abstract, keywords, publication information, LENR-CANR record number, and a URL for the full text when a copy is available.

## Terminology

LENR = Low Energy Nuclear Reactions.

CANR = Chemically Assisted Nuclear Reactions.

"Cold fusion" is the older and still widely used name for the field. The terms cold fusion, LENR, and CANR overlap substantially in the literature, although individual authors may use them differently.

When locating a cited paper, prefer the bibliographic metadata and LENR-CANR record number to inferential matching based only on title or author name.
