Open Government Licence data from: HM Land Registry Price Paid (sold prices), Police.uk (recorded crime), Environment Agency (flood risk), Ofsted and Get Information about Schools / DfE (schools), Office for National Statistics (Census 2021, demographics), Ordnance Survey and Royal Mail (postcode geography), Ofcom (broadband), Energy Performance of Buildings Register (EPC). Each figure is shown at the finest level the source publishes — an individual postcode where available, otherwise the wider postcode sector or district, always labelled as such.
