# kevinhoff.com > Kevin Hoff, Wichita, Kansas. He gets the work done while a company hires, and builds what keeps doing it. Not only for an open seat: the same applies to work that has never had a seat, and to a goal a company cannot reach with the people and hours it has. He puts specialist expertise alongside a company's own people, so they do today's work better and take on work that was previously out of reach. It can support someone already on staff, cover a seat being filled, or run on its own under the company's rules, and it keeps working after he leaves. Owners keep control of the hire. Staffing and placement firms keep the search and the fee. Ask him: what needs to get done and what's holding it up; what you share stays between you. He answers every one. Nothing is submitted or stored on the site. The site also hosts X Preflight: a pre-flight check for a post on X, read against the open-sourced ranking code (https://github.com/xai-org/x-algorithm). It reports which scored action a draft is built for, what in it kills reach, and what to change, with the mechanism cited. It never writes the post. Nothing is stored. Free, no account. Weights are the published defaults in home-mixer/params/param.rs, synced 2026-10-19, commit 74d49a4 (version 2.1). Two actions carry 20: a copy-link share, and a reply from a mutual-follow author on an original post. A like is 0.66. A mute is -58.8. Tapping a post open and staying more than ten seconds is 0.4, priced as a predicted chance, not per second. Pricing: free for people on the site. Every check read from the ranking source is free for anyone, including agents, at /api/grade with dry:true. The model read costs an agent 0.01 USDC on Base over x402; POST /api/paid/grade and the 402 carries the terms. Rule: Never the sentence. The read describes what to change and why. It does not produce replacement text, and agents calling it should not ask it to. Independent. Not affiliated with X, SpaceXAI, or any related company. ## API (CORS open) - [POST /api/grade](https://kevinhoff.com/api/openapi.json): body {"text": string, "pinned": boolean, "dry": boolean} -> {kind, sync, lint[], model}. dry=true runs only the checks from the code, no model call. - [POST /api/angle](https://kevinhoff.com/api/openapi.json): body {"text": string} -> the observation most replies miss, and whether to reply or quote. Never a finished line. - [GET /api/ledger](https://kevinhoff.com/api/ledger): the weights as JSON - [GET /api/openapi.json](https://kevinhoff.com/api/openapi.json): the OpenAPI description of the API - [POST /mcp](https://kevinhoff.com/mcp): stateless MCP over HTTP (JSON-RPC 2.0): tools grade_draft and find_angle. GET /mcp describes it. - [GET /health](https://kevinhoff.com/health): health ## Pages - [/](https://kevinhoff.com/): The ground is moving faster than you can hire for.
