> Janover Capital LLC (janover.co) is a commercial mortgage capital markets advisory firm. It arranges senior debt for multifamily and commercial real estate nationwide, from about $1 million to $100 million and up, by running Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, CMBS, bank, credit union, life company, and debt fund executions against each other. It is a brokerage and intermediary, not a lender. Founded by Blake Janover (founder/CEO of Janover Inc. through its Nasdaq IPO; public company board director; Harvard Business School OPM).
