## Core Features

**Real-Time AI Suggestions During Calls.** This is Convo's primary differentiator. While you're in a live conversation, Convo surfaces relevant suggestions: objection handling, response suggestions, discovery questions, and context from past meetings with the same person. Sales playbooks (BANT, SPICED, MEDDPICC) fill themselves in as the prospect answers. You see these on your screen only. The other participants don't see anything.

**Post-Call Follow-Up Email Drafting.** After each meeting, Convo drafts a personalized follow-up email. The email references what was actually discussed, not a generic template. Edit the subject line, copy to clipboard, send.

**Action Item Extraction and Routing.** Convo identifies commitments, next steps, and deadlines from the conversation. Each action item gets an assignee and can be routed to Notion, Slack, email, or your CRM with one click.

**Pre-Meeting Briefings.** Before a call, Convo surfaces context from all past conversations with that person or company: outstanding commitments, previous discussion topics, and suggested talking points. You show up prepared without spending 30 minutes reviewing old notes.

**Automatic Transcription and Summaries.** Real-time transcription with AI-generated summaries including decisions, key points, and discussion topics. Summaries are structured, not just a wall of text.
