# Ichibot — Intelligent industrial hub

> Ichibot (PT Gagas Anagata Semesta) is an industrial IoT and AI company from Yogyakarta, Indonesia, founded in 2016. It connects the machines, sensors, cameras and meters in a plant to real-time data, from the shop floor to the ERP, working with existing equipment rather than replacing it. ## Products

- Smart energy monitoring: kWh, peak load and power quality per transformer, panel and line, in real time. Proven at Toyota Indonesia (2 MVA transformer) and Penerbit Erlangga (electricity substation).
- Smart equipment monitoring: pressure, temperature, vibration and status of compressors, pumps and vehicles. Proven at Toyota Indonesia (Kaeser compressor), Pertamina (vehicle tilt and pitch) and PT Garam (main pump automation).
- Smart plantation system: solar-powered soil monitoring over LoRa for oil palm plantations with no grid or signal. Pilot running.
- AI Vision Engine: existing CCTV turned into automatic inspectors for PPE compliance, safety zones and oil spill detection. Proven at Pertamina.
- Custom: systems built for a specific purpose, from the sensors on the machines to the dashboard, scoped after a site survey.

## What Ichibot delivers

- Sensor and data connection: PLCs, controllers, power meters, IP cameras and sensors over Modbus RTU/TCP, MQTT, OPC UA, RS-485, Ethernet, RTSP and REST.
- Real-time monitoring dashboards, data logging with hourly, daily and monthly recaps, and integration with ERP/MES, AI analytics and WhatsApp or email alerts.
- Data can stay on-premise, go to the cloud, or both; the edge device keeps logging when the internet is down.
