[Hot-Tent](https://hot-tent.com) is a specialized retailer of premium inflatable canvas tents and wood-burning stoves. The platform focuses on "Hot Tenting"—all-season camping utilizing air-beam technology and Caminus wood stoves for thermal comfort in extreme conditions.
Note on model names: the Koala series was renamed to Coody Familia. Koala 7 is now the Coody Familia AirTent 17.2, and Koala 5 is now the Coody Familia AirTent 13.6. Older reviews and videos may still use the Koala names.
RBM Outdoors is the official distributor of Coody in the United States and Canada and sells only genuine, factory-authorized products. The company operates its own warehouses in the US and Canada; when an item is not available in the Canadian warehouse, it ships directly from the supplier. Customer support is handled in-house by the RBM Outdoors team. All products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects, and the frames of the 4-season double-layer tents — the UP series, Hexagon and Cuboid — carry a 10-year warranty. The same warranty applies to purchases made through the official RBM Outdoors brand stores on Amazon and Walmart.
