## Platform Capabilities

Capabilities below are what Hazelbase currently offers. Hazelbase does not offer LinkedIn outbound, SEO content, publisher placements, an Ambassador Network, social posting on a customer's behalf, or an Autopilot mode.

**Prospecting & Enrichment** — ICP generation from website URL and organization overview. Prospect search and filtering across ~1B records (B2B people and companies) combined with third-party data integrations and a continuous web crawler. Enrichment pipeline: verified emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profile URLs as data fields, employment, firmographics. Lists can be piped into email campaigns or exported via API.

**Email Outbound** — Hazelbase provisions and warms real Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook accounts on dedicated domains (1:1 per customer). No shared sending pools or reseller mailboxes. SPF/DKIM/DMARC configured automatically; reputation monitored continuously. Campaign sequences are drafted from the organization's ICP and community signal. The customer reviews them before send. Reply handling with AI classification (positive, negative, OOO, unsubscribe, referral). CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance at the platform level.

**Community monitoring** — Keyword monitoring via a live mention pipeline and search-based Reddit discovery (threads surfaced by web and AI search). Community feeds monitor entire subreddits for new posts. AI relevance scoring, analysis, and draft replies the customer reviews. Hazelbase does not post those replies. Rich filter system (URL, text, author include/exclude).

**AI Features** — ICP generation, prospect scoring, keyword suggestions, match scoring and analysis, email sequence generation, reply drafting for the customer to review, reply classification, company analysis from URL.

**People & Company Intelligence** — Search individuals by email, phone, LinkedIn URL, or name. Search companies by name, domain, revenue, employee range, or LinkedIn URL. Company Analysis generates a business intelligence report (summary, products, services, target customer, value proposition, competitors, differentiators) from any website URL.

**Webhooks & Notifications** — Real-time POST webhooks for keyword and subreddit matches. Email notifications with content preview. Rate limit warning emails to organization owners.

API uses cursor-based pagination (`limit`, `starting_after`, `starting_before`). All plans including Free have API access and webhooks. HTTP status codes: 200, 201, 204, 400, 401, 403, 404, 429, 500. Rate limits vary by plan.
