# Happenstence®

> Functional mushroom and performance supplements from Austin, TX — built on radical transparency, published manufacturer COAs, and a commitment to the people and planet we serve.

Happenstence makes high-potency mushroom extracts and performance supplements for people who want to understand exactly what they're taking. Every product uses 100% fruiting body extract (no mycelium grain filler), every active compound is verified by manufacturer-level COAs, and every batch result is published publicly. No proprietary blends. No vague labels. Founded by Cooper Stence, a fourth-generation Austinite with roots in soil science and regenerative agriculture.

## Transparency

Happenstence publishes the same documentation our manufacturers use internally. Every raw ingredient has an ISO-certified COA verifying active compounds — beta-glucans for mushroom extracts, purity certificates for Creapure® creatine. These are manufacturer-sourced and published unedited.
