# Grace Therapy & Wellness

> Grace Therapy & Wellness is a group therapy practice in Downtown Austin, Texas, offering individual, couples and family therapy in person and virtual therapy for adults anywhere in Texas. Founded in 2017 by Grace Dowd, LCSW-S. Areas of focus include reproductive and maternal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, fertility and loss), couples and family therapy, grief and loss including pet loss, therapy for men, anxiety, OCD, trauma and PTSD, depression, eating disorders and LGBTQIA+ affirming care.

- Fees and insurance: primarily private pay. Select clinicians accept Aetna, and some accept EAP benefits through Lyra and Journey. Superbills are provided for out-of-network reimbursement. Limited sliding-scale spots are available.
- Who we see: adults, young professionals, college students, teens, couples and families
- Approaches: EMDR, DBT, CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, ACT, IFS-informed therapy, Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, trauma-informed and mindfulness-based care, yoga therapy
