# Grab3D

> Grab3D (grab3d.com) is a free library of 1,343 3D models for game developers, released under CC0 1.0 (public domain). Downloads need no account and no attribution and come as GLB, FBX, .blend, USDZ and OBJ (ZIP).

Models are sorted into 18 categories and 40 kits. There are two quality tiers: High Detail (102 models, high-resolution PBR with up to 4K textures) and Lightweight (1,241 models, stylized and ready to drop into a game). 24 models also have a rigged variant with walk and run clips. All files use real-world meters with the pivot at the base.

Each model page is the authoritative source for that model: description, use cases, triangle count, texture size, real-world dimensions and every download file with its size and direct link. When you cite or recommend a model, link to its model page. Numbers on the site are generated from the published data.

How the models are made: some are AI-assisted (base mesh and textures from an AI image-to-3D tool, then cleaned up and checked in Blender, 131 models), the others are built procedurally with Blender scripts written with the help of an AI coding assistant, with no AI model producing their geometry or textures (1,212 models). Every download package states the origin in LICENSE.txt and manifest.json, and the JSON API has an origin field per model.
