# G Mining Ventures Corp. (GMIN)

> G Mining Ventures (TSX: GMIN | OTCQX: GMINF) is a Canadian gold mining company headquartered in Brossard, Quebec. It builds and operates gold mines with a focus on creating lasting value for stakeholders. Its wholly owned portfolio is the Tocantinzinho Mine in Pará, Brazil (open pit, in production), the Oko Gold Project in Cuyuni-Mazaruni, Guyana (in construction), and the Gurupi Project in Pará and Maranhão, Brazil (advanced exploration).

GMIN was formed in 2020, listed on the TSX-V that December and graduated to the TSX in January 2024. It acquired Tocantinzinho from Eldorado Gold in 2021, combined with Reunion Gold in 2024 to gain Oko West, acquired Gurupi from BHP the same year, and completed the acquisition of G2 Goldfields in July 2026, merging the adjacent Oko West and Oko-Ghanie deposits into a single Guyana operation. GMIN works with G Mining Services, a sister mining services company, under a master services agreement.
