# Globexs

> Globexs is a Belgian-founded housing and relocation company for expats, companies and digital nomads, founded in 2002 by Lodewijk Cuypers. It started in Antwerp and today operates in Belgium (Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent) and Spain (Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Alicante-Elche, Cadiz), with its head office and legal department in Valencia. Globexs rents furnished mid-term apartments on 1 to 11 month contracts, houses corporate teams of 1 to 50 people, and at its Valencia office provides visas, NIE/TIE, legal and relocation services. Property owners can rent their homes to companies and expats through Globexs.

- Teams of 1 to 50 people; replacing an employee mid-stay continues the same contract with an addendum
- Registering with the commune at a Globexs apartment is possible with the owner's written permission and does not change the rent, contract or deposit
- Pets accepted with the owner's approval
