GlobalMedik is a health tourism facilitator based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The company helps international patients identify clinics and physicians in Türkiye, arrange consultations, and organise the practical side of a medical trip.

GlobalMedik is not a healthcare provider. It does not operate hospitals or clinics, does not employ treating physicians, and does not deliver medical care. All examinations, diagnoses, treatment decisions and procedures are carried out by independent licensed clinics and physicians selected by the patient.

The company operates under an International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate (Uluslararası Sağlık Turizmi Yetki Belgesi) issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health, General Directorate of Health Services, certificate number AK-0632. The certificate is held by CTK Global Sağlık Turizmi ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., operating under the trade name CTK Global Sağlık Turizm Seyahat Acentası.

The public catalogue currently lists 48 partner clinics and 110 physicians, located mainly in Istanbul, across aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, hair transplantation, dentistry, preventive diagnostics, bariatric surgery and oncology.

Patient communication is available in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

## How the Process Works

1. **Enquiry.** The patient submits a request describing their situation and objectives.
2. **Options.** GlobalMedik identifies clinics and physicians whose specialisation matches the request, and provides information on each so the patient can compare and decide.
3. **Consultation.** GlobalMedik arranges contact and schedules a consultation with the clinic or physician. The treatment plan is determined by the physician.
4. **Trip organisation.** Transfer, accommodation and appointment scheduling are arranged around the confirmed dates.
5. **On-site support.** A coordinator and interpreter accompany the patient during the stay in Istanbul.
