- [HOW TO ACTUALLY HAVE MORE FAITH](https://globalawakening.com/how-to-actually-have-more-faith/): Have you ever woken up on a Monday and felt utterly despondent about God fulfilling His promises? The image that comes to mind is Mr. Moon in the animated movie Sing, curled up in a sleeping bag in his friend’s poolhouse after his exquisite theater collapses on dress rehearsal night, his cast flees the scene, and his one and only sponsor abandons him and the show.
- [THREE WAYS WE DON’T HAVE TO BE LIKE JESUS](https://globalawakening.com/three-ways-we-dont-have-to-be-like-jesus/): Would it surprise you to know that the greatest role model of Christian living and faith—Jesus—is not someone we should entirely strive to be like?
- [Statement Regarding Jen Dragt](https://globalawakening.com/statement-regarding-jen-dragt/): In May 2024, in the wake of the concerns coming to light surrounding IHOPKC, former students reached out to us regarding Jen Dragt and her conduct while serving in leadership at GSSM during the 2010–2012 period. These same individuals originally brought these same concerns to members of our leadership in 2012, reporting deception, sexual sin, manipulative behavior, and inappropriate interactions with at least one student under her spiritual authority. Specifically, the conduct described was tied to Jen’s ongoing struggle with homosexual sin and temptation, even though she was representing herself publicly as someone who had experienced freedom and was fit to minister to others in that area. Importantly, significant portions of what was reported in 2012 were directly admitted to by Jen at the time.
- [DO YOU KNOW HOW TO LISTEN?](https://globalawakening.com/do-you-know-how-to-listen/): What if I told you that the key to the secret place—our charismatic term for personal devotional and prayer time with God—was not a bible, or prayer, or even worship? In fact, what if I told you that it wasn’t even about how long or “secretive and alone” in the secret place, but why?
- [DOES HOPE EVER DISAPPOINT?](https://globalawakening.com/does-hope-ever-disappoint/): I’ve been thinking recently about some ways we are not like sheep. For example, our propensity to want to predict the future, to step ahead of our Shepherd on the path, to even pry the staff from His fingers and point our own way forward. How often have you stumbled through the harder moments in life and thought, Yes, this is where God has me; this is where I’m supposed to be?
- [WHAT’S WRONG WITH FEAR? ](https://globalawakening.com/whats-wrong-with-fear/): Let’s talk about fear. In one of the sweetest Pixar movies, Inside Out, Fear is a purple-blue personified emotion, responsible for keeping Riley, an 11-year-old girl, alive. More than that, out of all the other emotions in her mind, he wants to keep her safe.
- [JOY THAT LASTS](https://globalawakening.com/joy-that-lasts/): Recently, I’ve been blogging about heavier topics. Perhaps that is because I feel if you are reading this… it is because you need answers, and I want you to feel honored in the journey that brought you here. Yet, at the risk of spiritually bypassing all this realism, I do think joy is underrated. That, in fact, there is a type of joy that can keep us afloat in all circumstances of our life.
- [HOW TO PERSEVERE IN HEALING PRAYER](https://globalawakening.com/how-to-persevere-in-healing-prayer/): A month or so back, I blogged about what to do when healing doesn’t come. Some of the options I dwelled on, places I have personally experienced, included taking a break from healing prayer to grieve and process the present reality. But what about those who want to keep praying for healing? Who feel called to persevere and need help knowing how?
- [TO FORGIVE & TO BE FORGIVEN](https://globalawakening.com/to-forgive-to-be-forgiven/): One time, in one of the hardest seasons of my life, a friend sent me an image of the book, Total Forgiveness, by R.T. Kendall. I felt my stomach churn at the title, the very last subject I wanted to consider—and the ticklings of offense. Why must she put it before my eyes at this moment?
- [CHILDLIKE, NOT CHILDISH](https://globalawakening.com/childlike-not-childish/): Children can be some of the wisest and most ridiculous human beings. One dulled red crayon in the hands of a toddler, for instance, can render a family experience more truthfully than any photo and then instigate unprecedented wailing if accidentally snapped.
- [Statement Regarding Brian and Camden Starley](https://globalawakening.com/statement-regarding-brian-and-camden-starley/): On June 20, 2025, we sent an email to all of our partners communicating that we would be winding down much of the Global Associate program as of September 1, 2025, and that several of our then-associates would be launching their own ministries. Among those were Brian and Camden Starley, whom we endorsed for ministry and encouraged our partners to prayerfully consider supporting financially.
- [WHERE YOU GO I GO](https://globalawakening.com/where-you-go-i-go/): We all follow something. We follow the brands we like, the artists, the new coffee chain, the release of this TV series, the praises we’ve heard of the new pastor, and the stories of that church. We follow dear friends to new regions, relocate for jobs, and settle nearer to family or woods or sweeping fields. In fact, if you’re reading this blog, you’ve likely been following along.
- [WHY A MIRACLE MAY REQUIRE OBEDIENCE](https://globalawakening.com/why-a-miracle-may-require-obedience/): This winter, Jesus asked me to give a large first-fruit offering.  First fruits was not a new concept for me—at our church we pray specifically for the Lord to reveal an amount He would like us to offer at the beginning of every year, much like Abel in Genesis. Yet this amount stretched me. When I first felt the number impressed upon my mind, I giggled as if we were sharing some great joke. Then He kept whispering it, until finally, the day before our annual First-Fruits Sunday, my Bible fell open with that number in the center of the page.
- [THE PRODIGIOUS FATHER](https://globalawakening.com/the-prodigious-father/): I’ve been caught by the Father’s arms this year.
- [DO YOU PRACTICE THE PRESENCE?](https://globalawakening.com/do-you-practice-the-presence/): One of my favorite friends in the world is the ocean. In fact, in some of my loneliest moments, I’ve felt the ocean kept the best company.
- [HOW TO PREPARE YOUR HEART FOR IMPARTATION](https://globalawakening.com/how-to-prepare-your-heart-for-impartation/): Because Dr. Randy Clark is a well-known revivalist who prays for impartation globally, I was quite surprised when I first picked up his book There is More to find a very different account of him. He writes:
- [WHY DO WE NEED THE HOLY SPIRIT?](https://globalawakening.com/why-do-we-need-the-holy-spirit/): My parents used to hold nightly Bible studies in our basement with college students. Many of them were new believers, recovering from an addiction and trying to piece together who Jesus was for them. Some had grown up in the church; most had recently discovered God.
- [WHEN HEALING DOESN’T COME](https://globalawakening.com/when-healing-doesnt-come/): I still remember the night we found out our young, endearing uncle had cancer. What should have been a heart-wrenching piece of information brought a sense of hope into the room. We were children, my siblings and I, and my parents faith-filled. There was no doubt in our minds that God would heal him. All we had to do was pray… and wait.
- [LIKE SHEEP](https://globalawakening.com/like-sheep/): I used to think that sheep were incredibly dumb. They graze, present, with no perception of the future. They flock, they wander off, unabashedly content. You only have to watch them for a few minutes at a farm or on a YouTube video to feel the peace they carry.
- [Dr. Randy Clark & Global Awakening’s Statement on Shawn Bolz](https://globalawakening.com/dr-randy-clark-global-awakenings-statement-on-shawn-bolz/): In light of recent events and the growing concern within the wider Body of Christ, we believe it is necessary to offer an official statement regarding Shawn Bolz. We do not take this step lightly. Our desire has never been to contribute to speculation or unnecessary division, but rather to speak with honesty and pastoral responsibility.
- [A Heart Like Jesus](https://globalawakening.com/a-heart-like-jesus/): A Heart Like Jesus: Encountering Revival through Humility and Service
- [Ministry Team Training Manual](https://globalawakening.com/ministry-team-training-manual/): Minister the Love and Power of Jesus
- [There IS More](https://globalawakening.com/there-is-more/): What if More is Biblical? Even Essential?
- [Jesus is Victor!](https://globalawakening.com/jesus-is-victor/): “Jesus is victor!” Johann Blumhardt heard these words permeate the air as two years of prayer culminated in a powerful deliverance. Blumhardt, one of the first Protestant ministers of the 1800s to begin a ministry of praying for the sick, developed a healing ministry that drew crowds from surrounding churches. One of these many people was a demonized woman who came for help and finally received freedom. When the demon was overcome, its scream of, “Jesus is victor!” could be heard up to a mile away. The woman’s deliverance led to an outbreak of revival, and for years after, Blumhardt would say that while there were many things about healing and deliverance that he did not know, the one thing he did know was that Jesus was victor.
- [Dance with Me](https://globalawakening.com/dance-with-me/): Dance, then, wherever you may be;I am the Lord of the Dance, said He.And I’ll lead you all wherever you may be,And I’ll lead you all in the dance, said He.Sydney B. Carter
- [Resurrection Power](https://globalawakening.com/resurrection-power/): “Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life.’” John 11:25a
- [Trials That Lead to Triumph](https://globalawakening.com/trials-that-lead-to-triumph/): If life has seemed a little too hard recently, be encouraged that Jesus knows what it is to suffer. Pray for deliverance. Pray for miracles. Lean into God, and trust Him in the process. There is an aspect of Christ that can only be known as we follow Him even when it hurts. James encourages, “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds” (James 1:2). James could find joy in the pain because he knew that trials lead to transformation. This transformative process includes knowing Christ in the fellowship of His suffering (Phil 3:10). Bonhoeffer explained, “Communion with God is granted precisely in suffering.” The call is not one of random, ongoing suffering against our will. It is a voluntary and purposeful choice to pick up our cross and follow Him, suffering as necessary for the benefit of others. It is a call to lay down our lives before His Lordship, setting our eyes on the joy and the glory that lie ahead.
- [What motivates your worship](https://globalawakening.com/what-motivates-your-worship/): “God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:24 ESV
- [Creator of Heaven and Earth](https://globalawakening.com/creator-of-heaven-and-earth/): There is something about a clear starry night that expands our minds with the wonder of our mighty Creator. NASA estimates that the number of stars in the observable universe is around 1 x 1024. That’s one with 24 zeros after it! Put another way, the number of stars is equal to one trillion times one trillion. The human mind cannot fathom such a big number, and our eyes can see only a very small fraction of that number, even on the clearest of nights, yet this vast and incomprehensible number is written about in the creation account with the simplest remark: “He also made the stars” (Gen. 1:16b). We can sometimes forget how big our God truly is.
- [First Love Devotional: You Move Him](https://globalawakening.com/first-love-devotional-you-move-him/): “See what great a love the Father has lavished on us, that we would be called children of God! And that is what we are!” 1 John 1:3a NIV
- [First Love Devotional: Tend to your Thirst](https://globalawakening.com/first-love-tend-your-thirst/): “Ho! Everyone who thirsts…”
- [The Story of Dr. Denise](https://globalawakening.com/the-story-of-dr-denise/): It all started back when I was attending a conference with my friend Cheryl Schang. Cheryl had seriously damaged knees that no surgery or therapy could help. The medical professionals predicted her mobility would be severely impaired for the rest of her life. She believed in healing and had been prayed for many times, but was still waiting.
- [The Story of Dayoung Kimn](https://globalawakening.com/the-story-of-dayoung-kimn/):  It was 1995 when I first met Randy Clark at a meeting in Langley, British Columbia. At the end of the meeting, he invited people to receive prayer. At that time, my ministry was in the beginning stage in China. I visited the underground churches there and trained them.
- [The Story of Teresa Seputis](https://globalawakening.com/the-story-of-teresa-seputis/):  I had been a Christian for many years, having accepted Jesus as my Savior at the age of fourteen, but no one told me that Jesus had to be Lord (e.g., boss) of my life. As a result, my early Christian experience was not very successful or powerful, and I never developed a deep and intimate relationship with God. That is why I ended up backsliding in my late twenties for four or five years.
- [The Story of Johan Escoto](https://globalawakening.com/johan-escoto-south-america-southwestern-u-s/):  I received the baptism in the Holy Spirit as I was praying one day on my own. During that time, I received the call to minister. In 1991 I began a church under a larger ministry. When Randy Clark came to my country in 1996 and was visiting our ministry’s churches, I received a word from the Lord through him. A friend wrote the prophecy down for me that day, and I still carry it with me. What my friend wrote is, “God has given you a unique or specific anointing that will have great impact. He will send you to the U.S. and many countries, as well as Canada, with signs and wonders. You will be a prophet of fire.”
- [The Story of Mike Kaylor](https://globalawakening.com/the-story-of-mike-kaylor/): To say that I was disillusioned with my life and ministry would be an understatement. After thirty years in ministry and five “movements,” I was desperate for the reality of the presence of God.
- [The Story of Pastor Silvio Galli, São Paulo, Brazil](https://globalawakening.com/the-story-of-pastor-silvio-galli-sao-paulo-brazil/): I received impartation through several ministries, causing a radical change in my life and great renewal. In 2001 Pastor Randy came to our church. As he prayed for me, I could feel a big heat that came through the Holy Ghost. It was a glorious state. After this impartation, my ministerial and personal life was transformed. Today I have the intense presence of God’s glory in my life, and through His grace I have imparted this same anointing to other people.
- [The Story of Marcelo Casagrande](https://globalawakening.com/the-story-of-marcelo-casagrande/): At that point I had not yet left Brazil to minister. Sure enough, not long after that night I got invitations to preach in Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina. It has been a year since Ed gave me that word, and since then, I have been to all the countries in South America to preach about the power of God to heal. I have ministered to literally thousands of people who have been touched by the healing power of Jesus. I have prayed and seen over eighty blind people recover their vision, over seventy deaf people receive their hearing, over thirty dumb start to speak and over sixty lame walk. Many other signs are manifested during my meetings. Gold teeth, pins, screws and metal rods in people’s bodies have turned into bone or disappeared, and many people have recovered the ability to move a limb that they could not move before due to the metal. You can watch hundreds of such video testimonies on YouTube under my name, Marcelo Casagrande. I thank the Lord and glorify His name for the life of Randy Clark, whom God used to forever change my life and ministry.
- [Touched By God – The Story of Rolland and Heidi Baker](https://globalawakening.com/touched-by-god-the-story-of-rolland-and-heidi-baker/): Rolland and Heidi Baker are long-term missionaries in Mozambique, Africa. God has connected my ministry with theirs, specifically as it relates to impartation. Let me begin in 1997, where our stories meet. After fifteen years of serving in the slums of Indonesia, Hong Kong and London, and also serving eighteen months among the broken children of Mozambique, Rolland and Heidi were in desperate need of a fresh touch from God. I believe that just as God set up a divine appointment for Cornelius in Acts 10, who also served God’s people, God also set up a divine appointment for Rolland and Heidi that would take place in Toronto, Canada.
- [Freedom Devotional Day 4 | Trauma Prayer](https://globalawakening.com/freedom-devotional-day-4-trauma-prayer/): There is SO much hope for living free from the oppression of trauma! In Jesus' Isaiah 61 mandate, He proclaimed that the anointing of the Holy Spirit has the power to heal broken hearts and to release people from captivity to spiritual and emotional darkness. The nature of the spirit of trauma is to keep you captive to what you did or what happened to you in the past. Trauma can manifest in various ways, from flashbacks, to constantly thinking about painful memories, to being caught in cycles of guilt, shame, and fear. Trauma can occur in our lives in a multitude of ways from experiencing war, disasters, or accidents to relational trauma of abuse, family disfunction, or church hurt. No matter what kind of trauma you have experienced in the past, the Spirit of God wants to set you free TODAY!
- [Freedom Devotional Day 3 | Renewed Imagination](https://globalawakening.com/freedom-devotional-day-3-renewed-imagination/): Imagination is the act or power of forming a mental image of something not present to the senses or never before known or wholly perceived in reality. It is the creative ability to believe without evidence. In today's devotional video, Joanne Moody shares a powerful word about the ability of our renewed imagination to partner with the Holy Spirit in order to enter into the realm of hope-filled faith.
- [Freedom Devotional Day 2 | Freedom from Affliction](https://globalawakening.com/freedom-devotional-day-2-freedom-from-affliction/): When we understand the power of communion, which is the remembrance of the New Covenant found in the blood of Jesus Christ, the Spirit of God works in us to create faith. God in His grace will give you faith that no matter what you've done, no matter what sin you've committed, there is forgiveness and mercy for you in the blood of Jesus. And in His body, Jesus bore all our sickness, disease, and affliction. He endured the stripes by which we are healed. Salvation, healing, and deliverance are all part of our inheritance as children of God.
- [Freedom Devotional Day 1 | Heavenly Mindsets](https://globalawakening.com/freedom-devotional-day-1-heavenly-mindsets/): But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. -Ephesians 2:4-7
- [Peace & Power in the Midst of Darkness](https://globalawakening.com/peace-power-in-the-midst-of-darkness/): The peace which Jesus gives to us, combined with the power of the Holy Spirit within us, will lead us to dark places and difficult situations. The truth is that Jesus has already triumphed over the powers of darkness and through us, he advances his kingdom every day. When we are faced with hard situations, when we experience spiritual warfare, his peace sustains us. The Spirit reminds us that “the same Spirit which rose Christ from the dead lives within me” and “greater is he who is in me than he that is in the world.”
- [Ankle Healed](https://globalawakening.com/ankle-healed/): One day as we were praying for the congregation, I found myself in the back of the church. I did not have a translator. I prayed for a woman and had no idea if she needed any healings. I prayed in tongues for most of the prayer so i have no idea what I prayed. She felll on the floor blasted under the power of the Holy Spirit. The following day, she came and found me with an interpreter. She told me that her ankle was healed while she was out in the spirit. She was a visiting pastor. You don’t have to know the language when the Heavenly Father is involved!! People still get touched and healed!
- [Body Pain Healed](https://globalawakening.com/body-pain-healed/): "A lady I prayed for had an auto immune disease for 8-10 years. She experienced pain in her legs, arms, and skin. At the time she wasn’t feeling intense pain, it was at a level 4 pain. When we were praying, we released more of the Holy Spirit’s fire and healing to her. We laid hands on her legs, arms, and skin; we spoke 1 Peter 2:24 over her. We prayed 2-3 times, she felt tingling and then all pain was gone! Jesus came and filled her with His Holy Spirit, and she began trembling and weeping.”
- [Arthritis Healed](https://globalawakening.com/arthritis-healed/): "Marianna stated she had been suffering from arthritis for the past 6 years.  The pain level had been at 10 during the service.  After William’s word the pain level was at a 7 so she came up for prayer.  We prayed and she said the pain went down slightly 4 or 5.  We prayed a second time and it went down to a 2.  At this time she was crying at the decrease in pain level.  I said let’s pray one more time.  After the third prayer she checked and there was no pain 100% healed no pain.  Tears flowing, praised God and hugged us both.  We gave God all the glory."
- [Small Tumors Disappear](https://globalawakening.com/small-tumors-disappear/): “A woman in her 50’s or 60’s came to me for prayer, she said she had nodules (small tumors) under her arm. She had them for several years but had avoided going to the doctor to identify if it was cancerous. She had a pain in that area that was an 8 out of 10. We started the prayer by commanding the nodules to leave. After about 30 seconds, we checked, and the modules had not changed. The pain, however, had decreased to a 3 out of 10. We gave glory and thanksgiving to Jesus and continued to command the nodules to leave in the name of Jesus. After about another minutes, we asked her how she felt, and she said that she could not feel the nodules anymore and there was no more pain.
- [Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Healed](https://globalawakening.com/carpal-tunnel-syndrome-healed/): “Angelica, a lady in her late 40’s could not close her right fist due to carpal tunnel syndrome. She was told by her doctor she would need a surgery soon to restore her ability to use her hand again. Angelica did not want to go through surgery, and she had faith that God could and would heal her. Her level of pain was 10. We prayed accordingly and commanded all the pain to leave, and then I blessed Angelica. After a few minutes into praying, Angelica’s pain went down to 0 and she was able to close her fist without any difficulties!”
- [Brain Tumor Healed](https://globalawakening.com/brain-tumor-healed/): “I was praying for a woman named Ana Carolina who was standing in prayer on behalf of her father in-law, Elia. The day before she asked for prayer, he had an MRI done that showed he had a tumor on his brain. We prayed with her and then she left. 2 days later, Ana Carolina came looking for me to testify that her father in-law went in for another MRI the day prior and they couldn’t find any tumor on his brain! Her father in-law was completely healed and tumor free! Praise Jesus!!”

As the Spirit distributed gifts according to His will, women were recognized as disciples and empowered to participate in the mission of proclaiming the gospel.

- [Global Schools](https://globalawakening.com/global-schools/): The vision for Global Schools was birthed over 30 years ago out of a dream in Dr. Randy Clark’s heart to equip the Body of Christ to minister in the power of the Holy Spirit. Global Schools exist to raise up God's people, including leaders, who will carry out the work of the ministry in whatever sphere they are called to. Our prayer is to send out those who are willing to pay any price to answer the call of God — to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ through the demonstration of the Holy Spirit’s power to every nation, tribe, and tongue.

We're committed to making Jesus known in every sphere of life through clear, Spirit-empowered communication and obedient mission. Rooted in Scripture and the power of the Holy Spirit, we help women recognize and grow in God's call on their lives—whether as evangelists, preachers, leaders, or spiritual mothers—while serving alongside men to strengthen the local church and fulfill God-given assignments.
- [Pursuit](https://globalawakening.com/pursuit/): In a time like this, the world desires something deeper. We desire something real. We want to feel like we have purpose. But without the pursuit of God, none of it will come. This conference offers everyone who comes an environment where all believers can go after the “deeper”, they can go after the “real”. Ezekiel 34:11 tells us that God, Himself will search for us and seek us out. He has pursued us every step of our lives and has dedicated Himself to us. But will you do the same for Him? Will you pursue Him unconditionally?

- [Ignite](https://globalawakening.com/ignite/): For some, it has become more of a chore to pray than a form of intimacy with our Bridegroom; for others, they may not even know how to pray. Prayer is so much more than just the act of talking to God. Faith, healing, relationships, and other parts of our lives are all centered around prayer. It is the fuel to our flame that God started the moment we gave our lives to Him. This conference offers everyone who comes a space to refocus and ignite their prayer lives while being trained and equipped in the foundations of prayer.
- [Kings & Priests](https://globalawakening.com/kings-priests/): With that in mind, we have made the prayerful and difficult decision to cancel the Kings and Priests event.
