### Investor Updates

Turn rough notes into a structured update with highlights, metrics, challenges, and specific asks. Keep recurring updates in Cabal instead of moving drafts between documents and email clients.

### Contact Lists

Maintain reusable lists for investors, advisors, LPs, customers, event guests, or other stakeholder groups. Add contacts directly or import them, then reuse the list for future sends.

### Collaborative Drafting

Invite teammates to the same email draft, edit together, leave comments, and review the final message before it is sent.

### Mail Merge and Personalization

Use merge variables to fill in each recipient's first or full name in the subject and body. Before sending, Cabal flags variables it doesn't recognize, and a test email to yourself shows the message with the variables filled in from your own name. Edit the subject, body, recipients, or CC for an individual recipient when needed.

### Individual Email Delivery

Connect Gmail or Outlook and send one private email thread per recipient. Cabal supports test emails, immediate delivery, and scheduled sending.

### Engagement

See opens and clicks (with Mail Pro) for the whole send and for each recipient, so teams know who engaged and where to follow up. Replies go to the sender's inbox.
