A flat tire on the way to work, a broken chain at the bike rack, or a tune-up that's been put off for a year — your employees text NEMO and a mechanic arrives. NEMO programs include: - **Bicycle Roadside Assistance**: an employer-funded subscription that lets employees text NEMO when their bike breaks down. A mechanic is dispatched to the workplace (or near it) and the employee is back on the road, usually the same workday. Often referred to as "BRAP" in industry shorthand. - **On-site tune-up clinics and events**: NEMO mechanics come to a campus or office for a half- or full-day, working through a queue of employee bikes. - **Guided rides and cycling webinars**: small-group ride leadership and educational programming for employee bike clubs and commuter onboarding. Programs document utilization for sustainability and Transportation Demand Management (TDM) reporting. NEMO is the contracted mobile repair provider for the Longwood Collective TMA, A Better City TMA, and Alewife TMA. TMA member employers do not contract with NEMO directly — eligibility flows through TMA enrollment or the employer's HR/transportation office. - [Employer Programs Overview](https://get-nemo.com/employers): Service offerings, stats, FAQ, and a link to book a sales call - [Boston Children's Hospital](https://get-nemo.com/bch): All BCH ID card holders eligible - [Boston University](https://get-nemo.com/bu): Faculty and staff program - [Harvard Programs Hub](https://get-nemo.com/harvard-programs): Disambiguation page for the three distinct Harvard programs by campus and role - [Harvard Bicycle Roadside Assistance](https://get-nemo.com/harvard-bicycle-roadside-assistance-program): Allston/Cambridge full-time faculty and staff - [Harvard CommuterChoice](https://get-nemo.com/harvard): Reimbursement program for all Harvard faculty, staff, and student workers - [MIT](https://get-nemo.com/mit): Full-time benefits-eligible employees - [Longwood Collective TMA](https://get-nemo.com/longwood-collective): Employer membership for institutions in the Longwood Medical Area - [A Better City TMA — Bicycle Roadside Assistance](https://get-nemo.com/abctmabrap): Employer membership for Boston-area institutions - [Alewife TMA](https://get-nemo.com/alewife-tma): Employer membership for institutions near Alewife in Cambridge - [Assembly Connect](https://get-nemo.com/assembly-connect): On-site bike clinic event series, Somerville - [Boynton Union Connect](https://get-nemo.com/boynton-union-connect): On-site bike clinic event series ## Optional - [Privacy Policy](https://get-nemo.com/privacy) - [Terms & Conditions](https://get-nemo.com/terms) - [Rewards Program Terms](https://get-nemo.com/rewards-terms)
