## Certifications

Human-grade raw material, never pet-downgraded. Production runs under USDA
inspection or FDA regulation depending on the program; FDA is the usual regime
for a supplement ingredient and USDA is the rarer one. GMP-certified facility:
production runs under current Good Manufacturing Practice, which covers
material manufactured in house. Women-owned: WBENC-certified.

## What we sell

Single-ingredient bovine organ and glandular powders in bulk, freeze-dried or
desiccated.
Hero products: bovine liver, bovine heart, bovine kidney. Also pancreas,
adrenal, thymus, thyroid, spleen, brain, lung, bone and marrow, blood, trachea,
prostate, testes (orchidic), gall bladder, lymph, and microcrystalline
hydroxyapatite, plus ovine liver, thymus, and placenta. Secondary items include
bovine collagen, colostrum, bone broth, and tallow.

Minimum order quantity: 10 kg per ingredient. No fillers or flow agents.
Freeze-dried is the premium tier; desiccated is the value tier and is sourced
rather than manufactured in house. Non-defatted by default, defatted available on
request. A certificate of
analysis, lab results and a specification sheet ship with every order; other
documentation on request.
Quotes returned within 12 to 24 hours. Material held in stock ships in 7 to 10
business days; a custom run is 6 to 8 weeks.

## How the material is made

Our flagship tier is US grass-fed, human-grade raw material processed under
USDA inspection, rather than FDA pet-downgraded material. Pathogen control is by
gentle heat treatment: commercial ovens at a minimum of 145°F for seven minutes,
with no secondary chemical bath, no irradiation and no high-pressure
pasteurization. Material is then freeze-dried and milled by Flatiron Food
Factory, our sister manufacturer, using both a hammer mill and a cryogenic mill
with a milling scientist on staff, so density and mesh specs can be set per
customer and held batch to batch.

We also distribute material sourced from New Zealand, Australia, South America,
and China, all of it stocked in the United States. The New Zealand, Australian,
and South American material is HPP-processed to those regions' standards.
Material is available in grass-fed, grass-finished, organic, and conventional
tiers. US grass-fed leads; the other origins and tiers are additional supply
options. We state plainly which origin and which tier a given lot is, and
country of origin is documented on every shipment.

Gembra Health is the distributor. Flatiron Food Factory
(https://www.flatironfood.com/) is the sister manufacturing company: a
USDA-inspected freeze-drying, milling, and tolling operation, also in Loveland,
Colorado. Gembra distributes what Flatiron manufactures.
