> Senior Director of Product · Google Workspace GenAI Foundations

Hi, I’m Gabor! I’m the Senior Director of Product for [Google Workspace](https://workspace.google.com/)’s GenAI Foundations team, where my team and I work on improving all the AI features in Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and more — used by [4B+ users](https://blog.google/products-and-platforms/products/workspace/workspace-updates/).

## Previously

- **[OpenAI](https://www.openai.com/)**: Part of the strategy team.
- **South Park Commons**: Building [AI-enabled SaaS apps and prototypes](https://medium.com/gabor/ideas-ive-been-exploring-at-south-park-commons-fb39fb1d4771).
- **Pebble (fka T2)**: We built Pebble, a Twitter alternative that we couldn’t get to take off. I wrote about the lessons we learned [here](https://medium.com/gabor/from-t2-to-pebble-the-rise-challenges-and-lessons-of-building-a-twitter-alternative-553652f1d1e7). I’ve since revived [t2.social](https://t2.social/) with AI coding. Check out [t2.social/gabor](https://t2.social/gabor) to see what it all looked like.
- **Google**: Director, Area 120, overseeing the incubation of new consumer and productivity applications.
