# FoxHire

> FoxHire is a U.S.-based Employer of Record (EOR) platform that legally employs W-2 contract and remote workers sourced by its partners. We handle onboarding, payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance across all 50 states, so partners can place and keep workers without setting up local entities. FoxHire is SOC 2 Type II certified.

FoxHire serves independent recruiters, staffing agencies, HR departments, and contingent workforce programs. We work behind the scenes as a silent partner. We never source or recruit talent; we employ the workers our partners have already found.

## About FoxHire

FoxHire has provided Employer of Record services since 1992 and is based in Canton, Ohio. We become the legal W-2 employer for workers our partners place, and we manage payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance on their behalf. FoxHire is not a staffing firm, not a PEO, and not an employment agency. Our mission is to make compliant, multi-state hiring of contract and contingent workers simple and fast.

## Who We Serve

- **Independent recruiters and staffing agencies**: Small and mid-sized U.S. firms that place contract workers but don't want to run their own back office. We provide payroll funding, timesheet collection, and compliance so they can focus on clients and growth.
- **Larger staffing agencies and RPOs**: Regional and national firms with high-volume onboarding and cross-state compliance needs. We fit into their processes, manage sub-clients, and offer benefits such as health insurance and 401(k) plans for their contractors.
- **Internal HR teams and contingent workforce managers**: Mid-market and enterprise organizations employing contractors in multiple states. We centralize onboarding, timesheets, payroll, and compliance on one invoice.
- **Enterprise contingent workforce programs**: Large organizations with distributed operations or regulated roles. We support compliant W-2 engagement nationwide alongside existing vendor relationships.

## Services

- **Employment and compliance**: We act as the employer of record for W-2 contract workers and help partners meet state and federal employment law while reducing co-employment risk. We also support compliant 1099 engagements.
- **Payroll and tax administration**: We collect timesheets, pay workers accurately and on time, and handle tax withholding, wage garnishments, and unemployment insurance.
- **Onboarding and offboarding**: Workers complete documents online. We run background checks, drug screens, and E-Verify/I-9.
- **Healthcare credentialing and licensing**: We verify nurse licenses (including through Nursys), track expirations, collect immunization records, and maintain state staffing licenses where required. We employ healthcare professionals including RNs and LPNs.
- **Benefits and insurance**: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA, accident, and life insurance. Our coverage includes workers' compensation, general liability, and professional liability.
- **HR support and portals**: We manage unemployment claims and terminations, and we provide recruiter, client, and worker portals for submissions, timesheets, pay stubs, and onboarding.
- **Reporting**: Tools that show margins, labor costs, and compliance status so partners can make informed decisions.
