# Fleetkeep > Fleetkeep is fleet records, operational status, lightweight handover/return condition checks, defect reporting, maintenance, toll/charge admin and driver guidance software for business fleets, sole traders and owner-operators. The core records, checks, documents, maintenance and reminders workflow can support fleets in any country when operators enter their own identifiers and dates. Official DVLA/MOT auto-fill is UK-only. New customers can choose Household for up to three personal vehicles, Household Plus for up to five, or Business fleet plans sized by vehicle count. Fleetkeep helps operators know what every vehicle needs next: avoid missed compliance and service dates, track active/off-road/in-maintenance vehicle status, log condition checks and defect follow-up with walkaround photo/video evidence, store optional vehicle photos/documents, track toll/charge account cover and imported spend across the fleet, and give drivers one guidance portal. It also publishes practical UK fleet templates for MOT reminders, road tax reminders, van maintenance, driver checks and defect reporting. It starts with a 30-day Stripe subscription trial. Business starts at £12/month or £119.99/year for up to three vehicles. Household costs £1.99/month or £19.99/year for up to three personal vehicles. Household Plus costs £2.99/month or £29.99/year for up to five personal vehicles. Existing subscribers retain their purchased terms. Email alerts can use the default 60, 30, 14 and 7 day rhythm or custom reminder days, with app push notifications on registered phones. Fleetkeep tracks compliance dates for UK fleets, owner-operators and households, with plans sized by vehicle count. Household costs £1.99/month or £19.99/year for up to three personal vehicles. Household Plus costs £2.99/month or £29.99/year for up to five personal vehicles. Business monthly plans are £12/month for up to 3, £19/month for up to 5, £29/month for up to 10, £59/month for up to 25, £99/month for up to 50 after the 30-day trial. For 51–500 vehicles, monthly pricing is £99 plus £2 per vehicle above 50. More than 500 vehicles are quoted. Business annual prices are £119.99/year up to 3, £189.99/year up to 5, £289.99/year up to 10, £589.99/year up to 25, £989.99/year up to 50. For 51–500 vehicles, annual pricing is £989.99 plus £20 per vehicle above 50. Household includes core vehicle records and reminders. Existing Personal and Household subscriptions keep their purchased terms. Fleet plans add imports, connected tracking, extra reminder recipients, driver administration, CLI, API and agent connections. Fleet import help is free on every plan, whatever the fleet size or billing frequency. Customers can send a spreadsheet, export or registration list for Fleetkeep to help prepare and check before importing. No card is required to start the first 30-day trial. Add payment details in Stripe before the trial ends to continue on the chosen paid plan; without a payment method, Stripe cancels the subscription at trial end without a charge. Vehicle data (make, model, year, MOT due date, road tax due date) is sourced directly from the DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service and DVSA MOT History API where API access is available. Custom workflow pricing; optional manufacturer data separately licensed and quoted. Ordinary fleet import help remains free.
