# FirstHR

> FirstHR is HR software for US small businesses, built for the one person who runs HR: the owner, an office manager or the only HR on the team. Onboarding, documents and e-signatures, employee training, employee records and core HR are in one place, with AI that suggests and never decides.

FirstHR is a product of Helmeton Inc., a US company. It launched in 2022 and is used by 300+ companies.

## Pricing

- Every plan includes every feature and unlimited onboardings, with no add-ons. Plans differ only in seats, storage and AI credits.
- Team: $98 a month or $980 a year, for up to 10 people, 50 GB storage, 1,000 AI credits a month.
- Business: $198 a month or $1,980 a year, for up to 50 people, 300 GB storage, 3,000 AI credits a month.
- Enterprise: for teams of more than 50 people. Seats, storage and AI credits are set to the team's size; the price is a quote.

## AI

- AI suggests items for each phase of an onboarding plan and steps for a new course. It checks onboarding plans, compliance courses and documents against federal employment law and the rules of the states you pick.
- Each AI feature runs only when a person presses its button, and nothing lands in a plan, a course or a document until a person adds it. The compliance check is a first pass, not legal advice.
- AI features run on OpenAI or Anthropic and use the plan's AI credits. When the credits run out, everything else keeps working.

## Security and data

- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted on Google Cloud in the United States.
- Three roles: Main Admin, HR and Employee. Optional two-factor sign-in, alerts on unusual sign-ins and a personal activity log.
- Customer data is never sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models.
