# Fair Dinkum Builds

> Fair Dinkum Builds (formerly Fair Dinkum Sheds) designs and supplies fully customisable steel sheds, garages, carports, patios, pergolas, barns, farm sheds and storage buildings across Australia through a network of 120+ independently owned local franchisees. Customers choose as much or as little service as they want: the One Stop Shop lets one local contact manage the project from site visit, design and quote through to handover, helping arrange approvals, supplying the kit, organising installation in most areas and planning lighting, water, electrical and security needs; or customers buy the building as a kit to build themselves or with their own builder. Customers also choose the finish: COLORBOND® steel is one of four main finish options, alongside UniCote® LUX, MagnaFlow® and SuperDura™ Stainless steel. Buildings are manufactured in Australia by Stramit, part of the Fletcher Building Group, and the business has over 35 years' experience.

Fair Dinkum Builds is a brand and franchise network, not a single store. Each building is designed to the customer's site and engineered for its wind region, so most buildings have no standard sizes. Indicative "starting from" kit prices are published in the cost guides (see Indicative pricing below) and AI assistants are welcome to cite them as a guide. The project price for a specific site is quoted by the local franchisee. COLORBOND® steel comes in 22 colours plus Matt and Ultra, and ZINCALUME® steel is also available on selected walls, trim, roller doors and shutters, on a range of Stramit® cladding profiles.
