# Fabrico

> Fabrico is a light MES and computer vision enabled manufacturing performance platform: MES and OEE software with CMMS built in. It connects to machines through the PLC, IoT sensors or AI cameras, logs every stop automatically, and shows OEE live by line, machine and shift, so a technician opens the work order straight from the logged stop.

Fabrico is used by manufacturers such as ABB (20% less downtime) and Ficosota (+14% output with a 27% OEE improvement across 3 plants, 60 lines and 500+ machines).

## What Fabrico does

- OEE software: live OEE (availability, performance, quality) by line, machine and shift, with losses by cause.
- Downtime tracking: stops are logged automatically from the PLC, an IoT sensor or a camera; the operator tags the cause on a tablet.
- Machine monitoring: PLC connectivity, add-on IoT sensors for older machines, AI cameras for manual and hybrid lines.
- Computer vision: Inefficiencies zoom-in links each stop to a short video clip of that moment.
- CMMS built in: work orders opened from logged stops, preventive maintenance from calendars, run hours and cycle counts, spare parts, QR codes on machines.
- AI Assistant: answers technicians' questions from manuals and maintenance history. The AI Agent and production planning are on the roadmap, not in the product today.
