Для публикации объявлений нужны заполненный профиль, имя и фамилия и телефон, подтверждённый по SMS; у массово импортированных объявлений телефон подтверждает команда Evlek. В новых объявлениях запрашивается декларация о праве на публикацию именно этого объявления; для импортированных объявлений хранится запись о разрешении источника. Агентства недвижимости получают статус «Одобрено Evlek» после проверки и одобрения командой Evlek; в заявке запрашиваются документ, удостоверяющий личность владельца агентства, и документ KTEB. Для независимых авторов объявлений эти документы необязательны. Каждое объявление проходит проверку командой Evlek до публикации. Эти проверки не являются гарантией права собственности или юридического статуса.
