# Evercast Presenter > Evercast Presenter is a desktop plugin for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet that streams video files and application windows to meeting participants at up to 4K resolution and 60 fps, with under 100 ms average global latency. It replaces the conferencing platform's built-in screen share for content where playback quality matters. Only the presenter installs it; everyone else joins the meeting as usual. Presenter is made by Evercast, a company founded in 2015 that builds real-time collaboration and review tools used by film and TV studios, advertising agencies, and game developers. Presenter launched in April 2026 and runs on the same streaming technology as Evercast's flagship product, Evercast Studio. Key facts: - Supported meeting platforms: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet. - Desktop app for Windows and macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel). - Shares video files (.mp4, .mov) or any application window, plus 100+ app and cloud integrations. - The presenter can set resolution, frame rate, and bit rate, or leave them on auto. By default, Presenter adapts to each participant's bandwidth. - Security: media travels over encrypted channels outside the conferencing platform's screen-share pipeline, so the platform's meeting recordings do not capture it. Optional visual watermarking. - Limitations: one presenter can share one video at a time (several participants with the plugin can each share at once). Capture devices such as Blackmagic DeckLink are not supported; Evercast Studio covers that use case. - Common uses: creative and editorial reviews, client and investor pitches, town halls, trainings, legal reviews, clinical consultations, and government briefings. Pricing: - Essential plan: $49 per user per month billed monthly, or $39 per user per month billed yearly. 30-day free trial. - Enterprise plan: custom pricing based on seats, usage, and features. Includes single sign-on, forensic watermarking, DRM support, custom integrations, and PO billing. ## Product - [Home](https://presenter.evercast.com/): Product overview, how it works, pricing, downloads, and FAQ - [Enterprise](https://presenter.evercast.com/enterprise): Enterprise plan details and contact form - [Contact sales](https://presenter.evercast.com/contact-sales): Talk to the Evercast sales team ## Setup guides - [Get started with Zoom](https://presenter.evercast.com/setup-guides/get-started-with-zoom): Install Presenter, enable it in Zoom, and present content - [Get started with Microsoft Teams](https://presenter.evercast.com/setup-guides/get-started-with-teams): Install Presenter, enable it in Teams, and present content - [Get started with Google Meet](https://presenter.evercast.com/setup-guides/get-started-with-meet): Install Presenter, enable it in Meet, and present content ## Support - [Help center](https://presenter.evercast.com/support): FAQs on supported media, bandwidth, quality versus screen share, and security ## Legal - [Terms & Conditions](https://presenter.evercast.com/terms) - [Privacy Policy](https://presenter.evercast.com/policy) ## Optional - [Evercast Studio](https://www.evercast.us/features): Evercast's flagship platform for streaming from editing software, audio workstations, and live cameras with 4K, 7.1 surround sound, and 10-bit color - [Launch announcement](https://www.evercast.us/press-releases/evercast-launches-presenter-plugin-for-zoom-meet-teams): Press release from April 2026 - [Presenter web app](https://app.evercastpresenter.com/): Sign in, manage your account, and start a free trial
