# Eurodita

> Eurodita is a timber building manufacturer in Lithuania, with timber-building manufacturing experience since 1994; the operating company is UAB Eurodita. It makes standard catalogue log cabins and garden buildings, bespoke solid-log buildings and glulam homes for dealers, distributors, developers, builders and private-label brands. Larger residential homes are also supplied directly to private clients; private buyers of smaller garden buildings can send an enquiry as well, and for them the supply route is confirmed project by project.

- Approximately 12,000 standard catalogue timber buildings per year.
- Approximately 1,800 to 2,000 bespoke or non-standard structures per year, excluding glulam.
- Approximately 50 glulam homes over 100 m2 per year, counted separately.
- Approximately 150,000 m3 of timber processed per year.
- Approximately 5,000 m2 of covered production space, with Hundegger CNC machining and Nardi kiln drying to a 12-14% moisture target. The drying system runs on electricity.
- Timber: Nordic and Northern European spruce and pine.
- Solid wall profiles: 19x100, 28x100, 34x100, 44x130, 58x130 and 70x130 mm. Glulam profiles: 70x130, 88x260, 135x260, 180x260 and 220x260 mm. A solid log model can be made in any of the 28, 34, 44, 58 and 70 mm profiles, a glulam model in any glulam profile. The 19 mm profile is used only on the models catalogued with it. Twin-skin walls: 44-50-44, 44-100-44, 58-50-58 and 58-100-58 mm, with the cavity prepared for locally supplied insulation.
- Thermal figures: preliminary U-values of the timber wall element alone are published for nine profiles, in W/m2K: 28 mm 3.82, 34 mm 3.15, 44 mm 2.43, 58 mm 1.84, 70 mm 1.53, 88 mm 1.22, 135 mm 0.79, 180 mm 0.59 and 220 mm 0.49 ([Twin-skin vs standard log cabin](https://eurodita.com/twin-skin-vs-standard-log-cabin/)). They describe the wall element only and are not a figure for a finished wall or building, nor a compliance result. No U-value is published for a finished wall or building, for the 19 mm profile or for a twin-skin build-up.
- Dimensions stated for a model are external dimensions.
- Commercial basis: every order is quoted in writing, in EUR, excluding VAT and delivery, and a written quotation is valid for 30 days from its date. There is no single fixed minimum order: the 19 to 44 mm standard ranges are volume-driven, while 58 and 70 mm cabins, bespoke structures and glulam homes can be single projects. There is no public price list, and no lead times or dealer margins are published; resellers set their own prices.
- Delivery: agreed individually with each client, and the written quotation states the delivery term. The market pages for Ireland and for the United States and Canada describe the delivery route to those countries. Unloading is the buyer's responsibility.
- Private label: quotations, drawings and documentation can carry the partner's brand, as agreed per order.
- Certification position: Eurodita does not hold its own FSC or PEFC chain-of-custody certificate or an ISO 9001 certificate, and makes no blanket CE or UKCA claim for its range. The documentation available for a specific order is confirmed at quotation.
- Installation and how it is organised is agreed per project. Foundations, utilities and building approvals stay on the buyer's side unless agreed otherwise, and turnkey delivery is not part of the standard supply. Structural engineering and calculations, where a project needs them, come from specialist partners.
